Central Bank is amazing! I am a local business owner and rely on Central Bank to help me grow my businesses. Brandon Wilkins who works in their Orem branch is a legend in my eyes! I have had many horrible customer experiences with their staff. The staff seem to be stuck in their way of doing things. I love how they require us to fill out paper forms to withdrawal money from our accounts. NOT, the worst CB location I have been to, hands down.

Dissatisfied change of hour's online website says open normal business hours and door is marked improperly with a taped on number but still reflects normal business hours for mon - Friday and loby is locked at 5:30 not being able to cash a paycheck.

I have banked with Central Bank for over 10 years. I have 4 accounts with them (personal and business). I keep high amounts in my accounts (usually $20K to $50K) in my non interest bearing accounts. But when I had an oversight in one account and I got charged multiple overdraft fees of $25, I called to see if they could wave all or part of the fees. They would not wave any of the fees. Also I hate their online banking. Makes me text myself a code every time even though I check the box that it is a personal computer. For these reasons, I will be taking my business somewhere that will appreciate me and my bussiness..

This bank is the greatest!! Karen and Debbie have helped me for over 20 years here. They are efficient, friendly and caring. When our family needed funds transferred from overseas locations to our home in Utah, Central Bank handled it with ease. When my husband died I felt support and love from my bank. I simply cannot say enough good things about this bank and the employees at this location!!!

Business owners and individuals beware--they have outsourced their fraud protection on debit cards and such. Not a bad thing in general, but when your card is blocked for suspected fraud and you have to call a half dozen times or more and still the issue remains--they have a problem. Who has time for this garbage? If life wasn't so busy I would have left them long ago over this issue. They have no record of the calls linked to your acct so you have to start over every time you call in. The girls you talk to are very nice, but I have received no follow-up. There's more to customer service than empathy and assuring one's they will fix the issue. NOT FIXED! I have probably lost thousands in added revenue at my business because central bank has essentially shut down my social media marketing!!

Wow!! I was astonished flabbergasted at Jeanne and Karen. I came in for my first time to a Central Bank ever. I’m working with a Loan officer in American Fork and he requested copies of my tax returns. He told me I could come into my Orem office and they would make copies and send them to him. These women acted as if I had asked for a million dollars. Saying they are too busy and they cannot do this. Then insinuating as if I was lying called the gentleman in the other location to make sure this is what he requested. Not kidding I have never been treated this way by anyone. Feel sorry for all the employees who work with these woman.

WELL, when I went to open my account the lady's at the front desk were not nice acted like I was a bother to them, I have direct deposit from my employer and I dont see the money until the next day I'm supposed to get paid even cash deposits inside de branch are not available right away I regret open an account at this bank
