I have had the unfortunate need to use Cascade a couple of times in my life. The second experience was just as great as the first! Their staff are super friendly and able. They made getting my car fixed each time really easy and stress free. I will continue referring anyone who will listen to them. The quality of their work is just as amazing as their customer service.
Recently, I had a small piece on my car that, until I got it, didn't realize would require some skills to install. I could have probably searched for a video on the internet and figured it out myself, but it made me nervous and I didn't want to break anything! I needed help getting it installed and they didn't even charge me! Even better, and unlike the dealership, they returned my call immediately to let me know how I could get the problem taken care of.

My father went into the shop get his car serviced this morning and he received help installing an armrest for his pilot at a very reasonably cost. The arm rest was installed quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and informative.

If I could give these guys ten stars I would!!! My family and I have had work done by them multiple times. And the repair quality has always been top notch. But even more importantly, they are honest and fair. Definitely recommend!

Got in an accident and had to get a lot repairs. They were very helpful and quick to help me out! A few things had problems after the repair and I took it back and they fixed it all for free! Lifetime warranty for as long as I own the car

Great company, very efficient in getting my truck done. I had a short timeline because of my work needs for the truck and didn't plan to hit a deer on the highway but tis is life haha. They got it done in time for me to use it when I needed. Skylar was awesome and kept me informed through the process. Overall great experience!

I wish I could leave 10 stars! I've had body/paint work done twice at Cascade. Their work is flawless! I am especially impressed with their ability to replicate my factory paint (pearlized multi-layer). I cannot tell where one ends and the other begins. Excellence!
Yesterday I went in with a very unusual request. The hex-head drain bolt on my front differential had been completely rounded off by 3 OTHER SHOPS (including the Lexus dealership) trying to get it off for a regular service. My "workaround" idea involved welding so I gave Cascade a call. Cole GOT THE BOLT OUT with his bare hands! Kidding! He used some kind of magical socket - the same kind that 2 of the other shops had also tried! He was working in the same tight, awkward space with only sideways access to the now-wrecked bolt head. No complaining, no claiming the only way to remove it was to drop the entire sub-assembly ($800 in labor). He even drained and replaced the fluid. Add Cascade doesn't even do that kind of shop work!! When the office manager told me they weren't even going to charge me I literally cried...yeah, it was weird for both of us.
Cascade (& Cole) get ALL the stars and have my everlasting loyalty and respect. I have never been so impressed with a business in my life! They do phenomenal autobody work, go exponentially above and beyond, and are genuinely GOOD people to know.

Pretty great place. Took my MX-5 here for some repairs and they did a great job. Quickly too. Can't even tell something was replaced. Looks brand new. They were very friendly people. Felt a lot more professional than other body shops I've considered before visiting here. Can't say much about their paint matching capability yet since it was just a replacement piece but I would definitely recommend checking them out. Pretty happy with the end results.

Having raised 7 teenagers and thus owning multiple cars, I have had the unfortunate opportunity to Have Cascade Collision do multiple repairs for us. They have always made streeful situations less stressful and the work has always been exceptional.
They are preferred providers with most insurance companies and the insurance adjusters have always spoke highly of them. They are classy in everyway from the quality of work, a super clean facility, great office staff and exceptional communication.
Every repair has been on time or sooner except for one where we had to wait on a manufacturer for a critical part. I was kept in the loop with text updates and when you arrive to pick up your car it is always cleaner than when you brought it in.
I'm a customer for life and highly recommend Cascade Collision!

I scraped my car on the side of the garage and went to Cascade in Orem for an estimate. I had tried to wash off the white paint, but it wouldn't come off. Lacey came out to give me the estimate and said it was only paint transfer and that it wasn't scratched. She went inside and came out with a solvent. She spent 10 minutes making it look like new—what a relief that it could be repaired so quickly and easily. Lacey charged me nothing, smiled and sent me home. I couldn't have been more pleased with her quick, honest response at no charge.

Shop 1 (Cascade) - I went in to have my car looked at and a lady at the front desk came out and looked at the bumper, did not look underneath but just simply took two corner pictures and then a picture of the vin #. She said I needed a new bumper. I questioned that and she insisted I needed a new bumper--I am thinking I doubt it but we will see as this was my first shop but I had 4 on the list. Later that day I got a quote for $2638. OK now on to shop 2 (anonymous) the guy came out and pulled back the bumper, got underneath and said, you need two brackets, then some clips underneath and then and air intake is cracked as a this is a 10 year old car I can glue that and it will be fine. I will get it done today for $200. I am like done! I ubered home and picked up the car at 5:30 and was happy. I hope this is an anomaly for shop 1 / cascade but I have no idea. How would you feel? I feel like they tried to screw me over... Moral of the story always get multiple quotes.

I recently took my car to Cascade to be repaired after being rear-ended at a stop light. Initially, there was some confusion about which parts were damaged in the accident and they wanted to charge me for those. Additionally, they had originally promised that my van would be ready that day, but ended up keeping it for an extra day, leaving me without transportation.
When I finally got the van back, it was a bit unexpected as I hadn't been informed that it was ready. I had to rush there 20 minutes before they closed because I needed a way to get around. Unfortunately, I noticed that the brake light on the side of the accident was not working and the back seatbelt was completely unscrewed. It felt like the van hadn't been fully fixed when I picked it up. Overall, it wasn't the greatest experience.
