Back and Running Like New
As our Lexus was towed away. We had the usual and painful fear that our car might be DOA in spite of our attempts to provide all the TLC it could possibly need. To our surprise and delight, Canyon contacted us later that day indicating that the cause for our problems was the "small battery" meaning the regular 12 Volt Battery versus the large battery pack used by our hybrid. We were so elated and to add to our relief we found that Canyon's prices were very reasonable. Add to that the invitation to come and pick up our car and they would contact us later for payment...a huge element of trust, something often missed in society today. We could not be more pleased with Canyon's service, pricing and honesty. Thanks guys.

Daves canyon auto is surely the best shop I've been to. Very easy to work with and the work was done quickly and has lasted my car a good while already. I take all of my cars to Mike, and by all of my cars I mean all of my personal and business vehicles. They take care of everything from my oil changes to blown radiators, tires, etc. I haven’t had a problem that Mike hasn’t been able to solve. on top of that, I’ve bought four or five vehicles from Mike and it is the easiest buying process I have ever experienced. Canyon Auto is the best.

Great experience - quick and easy to work with, They got me in same day for an inspection and emissions. They gave my new (used) car a look over - Easily could have taken advantage of my there - not only did they not, they also didn't charge me for the inspection. This is the kind of place you want to go.

Poor communication skill. My vehicle has sat in there terrible parking lot more than they’ve attempted to work out it. He should be more up front on time lines or turn down work he don’t want to do.
