really bad customer service. i was waiting to get help with a luggage and the workers and what looked like to be a manager did just looked at me from a distance and said what did i need. I asked for help with measurements and she wasn’t a huge help. she just said they looked the same to her. that is not what i needed help with and i did not need a guess. they just started mumbling and left me there without help. thanks a lot, will not be coming back with that type of customer service.

I’ve been coming to the Burlington in Orem for years, but lately it feels like it got a total glow-up. The place is spotless, the vibes are great, and everything just looks so put together—like the store finally had its morning coffee and got its life together. 😄
Word on the street was that there’s a new manager named MaKayla, and let me tell you—she’s the real deal. Met her the other day and it all makes sense now. Super kind, sharp, and clearly knows how to run a tight ship. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows in how amazing the store looks lately. 10/10 recommend checking it out!

There are things that sell in this place that are used, when you report it to the supervisors they are totally grsoseras. No possibility of good customer service. I don't recommend. The cashier was very kind! I can't say the same about the supervision.

The line here gets insanely long. They will have one lonely cashier trying to ring out countless people alone. I have walked out numerous times just bc of how long the line was.
