Reserved a truck 2 weeks ago and just found out that they don’t have a truck for me. It’s Friday night and I am moving tomorrow (Saturday). Thank goodness that U-Haul is a reputable company and came to the rescue.

I paid for my rentals months in advance, I couldn’t make it on time and was an hour late to picking up. They didn’t call me or anything, I get there to pickup and they tell me they gave my rental to another customer because I showed up late. I ask for a refund and to cancel and they tell me they can’t do that. That I have to do that on my own. Horrible customer service, will not be coming here again.

We rented a moving truck to move from Provo to St. George. Pick up was awesome, the staff are very nice and made check in a breeze. However, the St. George office was for some reason closed even though office hours said they were open. There was a drop box with instructions for drop off but we didn’t have the envelope it was talking about and had to go inside another business to grab a pen. Otherwise our rental was pretty smooth and we would use them again for future moves.

The manager is a flat-out liar and never answers the phone. He will tack on extra fees at the end of the rental while saying to your face that there are no extra fees. Call the corporate office if this happens. They reversed mine.

Pretty smooth transaction. We reserved a Tacoma, but was given a Jeep Renegade in substitute. It was the more affordable option between Hertz & Enterprise. The Lady that took care of us was super nice & cordial. My only reservation no pun intended was the fact that either the windshield washer reservoir was not refilled, or the windshield sprayers themselves were not operating. Made driving on the snowy roads very compromising, and at times dangerous.

We have always used ENTERPRISE RENTAL for our rental car needs. Due to low cost we decided to book with Budget. HUGE MISTAKE! We made a reservation two months in advance to ensure we would have a vehicle large enough for our group. Thirty minutes before our reserved pick up time we received a phone call from Budget and were told they did not have the size of car we needed (something with 3 rows), and had no idea when they would have one available. Budget's inability to fulfill our rental reservation left us scrambling at the last minute. Luckily, ENTERPRISE RENTAL had what we needed and provided excellent customer service. Note to self -- stick with ENTERPRISE!

Do not rent from this place! Read the reviews! They will rip you off!I wish I had read reviews before I booked through Costco. Worst rental experience I've ever had right from the start.Picked up the car with only 3/4 full tank of gas and was lied to by the owner/manager that the gauge cannot read full BUT that I would be required to return with a receipt showing I had just filled it up. Prior to returning it, I stopped to fill it up and it fill up to full on the gauge on the first try and I could tell by the number of miles I drove to the gas I filled up that I had just filled up someone else's gas use.It only got worse from there. I reserved the car for a week for repairs on my car and informed them it may be done sooner and I may return it before the week was up. I was told I would be charged a pro-rated rate when I returned it. I returned the car after 2 days. I was charged 80% of the 1 week rate. I asked about why I wasn't being given the promised prorated rate. The manager/owner lied again saying he never promised me that rate.My experience is not unique. Read the reviews. Rent from anywhere else!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Worst experience ever. When we received our truck the male helping us scribbled on the paper and said “they’re not pretty, they just get the job done” needless to say that gave us a lemon of a truck and trailer. The trailer had flats and told us “you can fill them at the local gas station. I have a pump but I’d have to plug it in and move vehicles” We couldn’t get the truck out because it was blocked in. A woman arrived to move trucks and had an attitude when we told her we still couldn’t get out and she needed to move more vehicles. the truck leaked power steering fluid, leaked in cab and in the box truck all over my items. We blew a trailer tire and have yet to be reimbursed. Upon returning our budget truck and trailer we were told this location (Orem/Provo) gave us the wrong truck completely. Wrong size, wrong trailer keys. Paperwork didn’t match the truck and when we try to contact this location we have never had someone answer the phone I have now OVERPAID for a truck that was smaller than the one I requested and have no sign of reimbursement.

This is the conversation I had with James Murray, the rental assistant agent:Him “Wait did you just rent this today?”Me “Yes”Him “Dude, you just took a truck from someone, see, we have 3 reservations and 2 trucks outside.”Me “oh, well the website let me book it, I didn’t know.”Him “it’s just so annoying when people don’t plan and then it screws us all up.”Me “That’s not my fault dude.”Him “Well it’s not mine either.”This is just one example of the way he treated me and his unprofessional attitude ruined a good experience. I loved the truck I had for the day, but will not be going back because I never want to feel like an inconvenience for a service I am paying hard-earned money for. He also was trying to charge me a whole extra day because I picked it up 20 minutes early.

The Employee, Gavin, is the best thing that this company has going for them at this location. He was so helpful, kind, respectful and professional in helping me get the car that I needed. In my opinion, this location is understaffed and Gavin is underpaid. It seems that he was the only one there, running the office.

Had a reservation for a 16” moving truck and a car tow for about two months before we needed it. We were assured dozens of times that both would be available for the day we needed it. We show up at 8:55 am for our reservation that starts at 9 am and waited in line for an Hour and forty minutes. Then they tell us they don’t have either. Couldn’t tell us why. We went home without a truck or trailer bc they had literally nothing else we could use.Moral of the story: no matter who or how many times you get reassurance, it means nothing when it comes time and expecting for them to hold up their end of the deal.

0 stars. My dad was on a time crunch and paid for the truck, but the check engine light came on just after loading it. He spoke with them and road side assistance, and they repeatedly assured him they would help him into another truck and help move the equipment that next day. 2 days later still nothing so my dad had to go get a truck from someone else, load it, and go because he wasn't going to make it in time and they weren't helping or even refunding him! It's clearly called budget for a reason
