Hao and Luke were so very helpful and very genuine. They went beyond what I expected for helping me choose some sweaters. Loved the experience here, they will answer any questions and also provide helpful tips. coming back forsure. Thanks guys!

Went in today at 10/18/2024 Luke and hao were very helpful to my boyfriend and I trying to get my boyfriend some shirts he can wear for different occasions. We have never had anyone help us out they way they did , hao made an observation of what undertones look best on my boyfriend and him and luke didn’t make us feel rushed or confused about anything we were buying or second guess anything . We love coming here to get clothes for my boyfriend for any occasion these guys are awesome and super helpful !

If I could give a zero I would. Store manager Luke has zero customer service skills. Worst retail experience I've had. He was arrogant and condescending and I will never step foot in the store again.

Be ware I bought a shirt for 100$ for my engagement photos. I didn’t like the way it looked so I went to return it. They did not let me return it because there was a tiny collar stain on the shirt and the only way you could tell is if you matched one shirt to another. The guy was laughing at me when I was upset and wouldn’t even take it and say I can’t do anything. Not the great business. Just wanted 100$ back so I can put it towards a wedding but he wouldn’t give me anything. Terrible business watch out for returns. I had this shirt for less then 48 hours tried it on and then took it off.
I am editing my review because I cannot post a reply. I said to the manager that was helping me” if I do not hear back in 3 days I am going to take it to the Better Business Bureau”. That is what I stated.
As if making assumptions about my religion and going on a mission let’s not assume things. I did not serve a mission and just because I was wearing a BYU shirt let’s not assume and throw shoots at people. This was a complaint to a company and now you are talking about religion. Not a good look for a business. Also your manager was caught laughing at me on camera and sleeking at me.
As well as I am not a person that would take pictures and return the shirt. My ethics are worth more than a shirt. I’d be happy to tell you my engagements are not tell September 28.

Had a great time shopping here. The staff were incredibly kind and Ammon was a great help as we were back to school shopping for my son. the prices were a bit more than expected however everything here seemed to be worth the price :)

Ive honestly loved Bronxton from the first time I went shopping here. The clothes are not cheap but they are worth what you’re paying for them. Bethan helped me on my last visit and she is exceptional at what she does. Cute as a button too. ? Thanks Girl.

Had an incredible experience with Luke this evening. He was one of the nicest most informative clothing experts I’ve ever worked with while trying to find the right clothing at this unique store….. Luke was so patient kind and worked
so hard to give us an incredible experience…..and helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed…..would absolutely come back and shop here as this was my first time visiting this store as we are from out of town! Awesome clothing! Awesome store, and amazing employee! Thanks Luke for a 5 star experience!!

Can’t recommend shopping here, the quality of the shirts is really poor. I initially bought two t-shirts on their Black Friday sale and the stitching around the neck came undone on one of them after I wore it once. I checked the other shirt I hadn’t worn and the stitching was coming out on that one too. I took both shirts back and the person who helped me was really gracious, explaining that they had recently gotten some bad batches from their manufacturer and that they promised it wouldn’t happen again if I just exchanged the shirts, which I did. And the exact same thing happened to one of the new shirts. I took it back in and was met with a very critical response, the salesperson accused me of failing to follow the washing instructions and when I told her I had worn the shirt without washing it, she made an excuse about how the dyes for the fabric can damage the thread they use in the stitching. She finally allowed me to return the shirt, but wrote on both the original and the return receipt that if I brought the other shirt back in with the same problem, it would be ineligible for return. And of course, the stitching came undone on that one too. I’ve worn it a few times since (despite the bad stitching), and now it’s starting to get little holes in it. You’d think for $50 a pop they’d be able to make a t-shirt that lasts more than a couple wears.

Every time I come to Bronxton the staff are so kind and accommodating. Today when I went in Sammy was so lovely! She was kind and made great conversation. I was very impressed.

Cambree (I think that's how you spell her name), treated me well, was knowledgeable and spent an adequate amount of time on me. At one point all of the employees were helping me pick out new pants and a shirt. Everyone came off as genuinely nice and helpful (I found out later the employees get commission). The prices are premium, but the quality of the clothes, experience in the store, and simply supporting a Utah owned business justifies the prices.

What a cute shop!! I thought I’d just stick my head inside for a second but I ended up buying a lot of things- mostly because Luke was totally engaged in helping me. He suggested a few things I would not have really noticed in there that are now some of my favorite items in my wardrobe! In a world where good customer service feels like a thing of the past, I was very impressed that Luke was taking his job seriously. He did a good job of suggesting things, helping me find sizes, and setting up a dressing room. He also gave me space to look and think on my own which I also appreciated. I’d be very proud to have him working for me.P.S. Luke, if you’re ever looking for a career change and a move to Oregon, contact me! I’d hire you in a second!

I have to agree with Jake’s review, same story with me and my husband. I understand and know good customer service. I understand checking in on us while we’re looking around, but we were very overwhelmed with the customer service and never got a second to just look around without getting asked questions…or an employee just standing behind us waiting for us to have a question. My husband and I agreed we didn’t want to go back again.
