After scheduling my appointment, I called to confirm pricing on my scheduled items. I was told it was $90 for tire installation over the phone. When I got to my appointment I had my tires in the car ready to install and the service advisor ( Daniel ) told me it was $190. I picked up my car and still felt that the price was wrong. So I emailed both managers and they confirmed it was $90 even if I brought my own tires in. I gave one manager my phone number and repair order number and asked him to call me. I tried calling two times each day after my email and waited 48 hours getting no response. I had to come in on my own time, stepping away from important duties to speak to a manager to get my money back. I’ve worked in this industry for many years and know how the processes work on car repairs. Blatantly, lying to customers isn’t a way to do business. Not impressed with my first experience at Brent Brown Toyota. The manager who helped me out was polite and easy to work with.

Very happy with the service department here. Everyone seems friendly and they seem to listen to the customers and their needs and also work with you if you don’t have a coupon which makes me happy because I’m saving a little money. I had went to Karl Malone Toyota in Sandy and some of the service reps made me want to quit going and I watched the stressful up sells on people and one guy was especially pushy and they only seemed driven by billing you hardcore. I guess Karl wants the money in service like he did while finishing his dunks or layups to the rim or basket aggressively adding some more points. Well, I’ve cut and released them from any further service or sales in the future and now refer my customers to Brent Brown Toyota.

The service experience was great.The email reminder took me to the auto scheduler on your website. I filled in everything and then there were no appointments available to schedule. Very frustrating. I did chat and the person? Made me give her all my info again. She should have been able to look me up. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days.Why have an online scheduler if it doesn't work!

I brought in my vehicle with a previous diagnosis from a different mechanic saying it was going to be a very expensive problem that only the dealer could fix. I was bracing for the worst case scenario. But they quickly identified the problem and repaired it at minimal expense to me without trying to get me to do extra, unnecessary work.

Service at BRENT BROWN Toyota is great. From the moment my service Manager Ms Kaua greeted me to when the service was finished. She kept me informed of the progress and finishing eta. There were a couple of items that needed my consultation so I received text informing me so there were no surprises. I was back in my car at the promised time. The wait area is very comfortable if you need to stay. Free wifi too if you have work to do. I purchased my 2023 4Runner earlier this year from Brent Brown and everything about Brent Brown Toyota has been exceptional.

Kyle, Rick, Dallas Mccaman, and Nate Casper got me and my wife our first new car! We are so excited and had a great buyer's experience. Everyone was very accommodating, perceptive, friendly, and yet very professional. The mood was light and all anxiety turned to excitement!

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Wade, Todd, and Sheldon took excellent care of us. They were honest, kind, and not high pressure. Todd even spent an extra thirty minutes with me in the car showing me the various controls. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family. I’ll be buying vehicles from Brent Brown Toyota in the future.

A day after picking up my used car purchase I am finding more issues and pretty unhappy with what "passed" the shop inspection before pickup.I have to say my experience wasn't all bad. Brock and the sales manager were good to work with. Not pushy or hovering obnoxiously like other salesmen I worked with at different places. I would say the sales staff here is definitely better than most. Brock even came in on his day off to help finish up the sale, and followed up well on the repairs we planned. They helped me find what I was looking for very quickly...however some of the issues that have come up 1 day after my $20k purchase lead me to believe this is not a place to trust the shop inspection and I can't recommend buying a car here.The first car I test drove here seemed quite overpriced for the issues it had (lots of rust, grinding when turning, busted aftermarket electronics installed by the previous owner). I decided to not pursue that one, and the staff helped me find the right car that had just come in and was getting cleaned up for sale. I drove it around a few blocks, and felt good about it. The sales staff helped me with the purchase, and we identified a couple minor issues that they are working to fix (paint scratch and tailgate latch) which I appreciate. Buying a used car you always expect a couple minor things.At closing I did mention the tires were looking pretty worn, but they said that it would go through the shop to verify they were suitable. They kept the car for another day to send it through shop inspection and do oil/fluids/basic regular maintenance before picking it up.After driving it off the lot, I noticed a bunch of chips in the windshield. I took it back noting that it wasn't something I had noticed. The sales manager said they would help fix it, and he quickly got their window guy to push it to the front of the line for repair. I really appreciated this, and he said since it was washed right before I test drove it, the chips were likely filled with water and unnoticeable. I felt good and accepted that it was part of buying a used car, although a little odd that the shop inspection didn't catch it.Driving off the lot the second time, I noticed tires slipping anytime I left a stop light. I had expressed my concerns in closing, but was told they passed inspection. When I check the tread depth this morning they are well below the "penny test" line, and am feeling like I got ripped off on that piece.As I pull into the driveway at home, the plastic casing on the driver seat falls off and I notice the broken clip points where it attaches.Overall a mixed bag here...and here is how I would rate the different aspects of my transaction:Sales staff - 5/5 (helpful, understanding, and willing to make things right)Vehicle pricing for quality - 2/5 (seems better elsewhere)Shop work/inspection - 1/5 (can't trust it)Transaction process - 3/5 (good prompt process, not trying to upsell much, but maybe too rushed on verifying the car is suitable for sale)We will see how the last repairs go, but overall I would recommend going elsewhere. If you do find a good deal here, get a trusted independent mechanic to check out the car and don't trust their in house inspection. I'm left feeling like I am just waiting for the next broken piece come to light as I drive down the road, and crossing your fingers while driving isn't a great feeling when you have just spent that much money.

BEWARE!!!!!!!THE FIRST REVIEW I HAVE EVER WRITTEN!!!GO ELSEWHERE; LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!Make Sure you have CASH on hand before coming here.This place is not Latino Friendly, per my family.My wife and Stepson, who are Latino, were buying a car here. Another individual was looking at the vehicle, which was a Caucasian woman. We ended up test-driving the car first. We picked up my wife on the test drive, who was at the bank finishing with the pre-approval to purchase a vehicle. We just needed to decide on the car we wanted.We returned to the dealership from the test drive and told Wesley we wanted the vehicle. We started doing the paperwork. While we were doing the paperwork, the woman took it for a test drive. Wesley told us that whoever finishes the paperwork first will have the car if she wants it.We begin doing the paperwork. The paperwork we were doing was another credit app. I asked Wesley why we needed to do another credit app when all we need is to go to the bank and pick up the check we had approval already.The woman and the other salesman return from the test drive, and the other salesman throws the key on Wesley's desk, saying congratulations, she doesn't want it. It is yours.So we continued filling out the paperwork. We had almost finished filling out the paperwork for the credit app we didn't need when Wesley returned and said we could no longer buy the car. We ask why? He says that it sold. We said no, and the other salesman returned with the woman and said it was ours, and the woman did not want it.It turns out. The lady changed her mind and returned with cash but needed to complete the paperwork. Wesley begins collecting our paperwork and says he will shred it.What a disgusting experience I was just a part of.! The games that they play here and then act like what they did is completely normal is not right. This company has issues that need to be corrected. Let's start with treating your customers as equals. I had access to cash, but instead of collecting it, they wasted us away doing an unneeded credit app. We did everything first but still came in last WHY?

Brock is hands down one of the best I’ve ever worked with at any car dealership. I felt like he had excellent communication and hustle, which is super important in the current car market. Perhaps most importantly, Brock is a straight-shooter and calls it like it is.

We stopped by this dealership late after our date one night just to see what there was. We weren’t sure what we’d want and then Jake came to check on us. We chatted for a while and then ultimately came back the next morning and bought our Camry. Jake is an amazing salesman and isn’t your typical one. His honesty and help is what ultimately made our decision to buy our car. We were impressed with him and his coworkers that helped make our purchase a good experience. We’ve bought a lot of cars before and this was our best experience yet!

The sales people that work here were very kind and nice in the beginning with me and my husband. We were gonna go to California for which we were trying to trade our old car. After our bank unfortunately denied our loan, they started to treat us differently and we tried to negotiate with them but the wouldn’t do that. I nothing professional, one of the agents was really young and kind but, they should do their job better and be willing to negotiate. After two days of this, another dealership (Honda) instantly approved our loan and for a new 2023 car for a good price with any problem and with the same documents, this event just showed us how unprofessional and unkind are some agents in this dealership.
