Valentino offered amazing customer service! Got my bill paid and got me an upgrade from my old device. He personally set up my screen protector and case perfectly! Its employees like him that will keep me coming back. Also had a good time talking about being new in Utah.

The person at the register had no idea what he was doing, spoke poor english, and gave me the wrong simcard for my phone, although he did let me exchange it for another even after I had removed it from its cardEdit, the card does not work, my guess is because it wasn't checked out at the register. If i ever want to go to a boost store it is definitely not this one. Go to the one in provo.

Also GOOGLE ADS they have so bad customer service anytime when they transfer your phone to the customer paid representative never take the phone your phone is going to ring and then your phone is going to be heading up
