I was REALLY pleased to stumble onto Traci at Keystone (while I was seeking out an online quote directly from an insurance company.) She did a great (and patient!) job guiding me through and bettering the quote I was getting on my own by25%.

This review is on Keystone Insurance Services. I have never dealt with a less helpful insurance broker. Setup was a pain as they made me submit proof on insurance for my previous roommates who weren't even being listed on the policy. Everyone I've spoken to has never had to do anything like that. they will tell you they're giving you the cheapest coverage - they are NOT. My brother totalled a car and bought a similar vehicle to mine and pays 1/3 of what Keystone said was my cheapest option paying a 6 month in full premium. the only easy part of working with Keystone is making payments.. because they are automatic. I tried asking how to lower my coverage and they referred me to the DMV. They didn't offer bundling options, anything. I called around and got insurance for over $100 less per month same day. When I tried canceling my policy that I had already paid for this month they called telling me I owed over $500 to cancel??? they called me back 10 minutes later saying I'm getting a refund. They will milk you for anything they can. I do not recommend at all.
