A mattress we had purchased 3 years ago from Bassett was defective. The mattress company went bankrupt, but Jason Candland at Bassett replaced it with a new , preferred King mattress at no cost to us. He also included new bedding. Shelley was a great salesperson! I had a lot of different rooms to furnish and she really helped me make the decisions. When I decided to make a change the next day she was flexible and helpful in getting everything just how I wanted it. Overall it was a great experience!
