“The truth is that this branch has many bad comments and I wanted to risk going and the truth is that they treated me very well when I went to the counter to ask if I could finish my procedure that I had already done online and very kindly they answered yes, right now They attended to me and it was very fast. I didn't even spend 5 minutes waiting and the loan agent was very friendly. We only lasted 20 minutes and everything worked out. THANK YOU ZAID I don't know how to write his name correctly but he was a very kind and attentive guy.”

“Staff are nice and efficient - it's never too busy here. Loses a star for me on the fact that the entrance to the parking lot is awful to enter if you're coming from the north, thanks to traffic and the lack of a safe traffic median as it's taken up by an opposite-direction turn lane. And the parking lot is not in the best condition when you leave either, so I guess always try to come from the south and watch out for potholes.”
“Keybank Executive Office has froze and restricted accounts but still accepted,$13,000, they tell us no reason why restricted, gave no notice. They restricted them and allowed deposits.The matter was resolved a week later. Thank you for releasing the funds.”
