Worst experience ever. I'd give them negative stars if I could. You are just a number and a $ here. They charged me hundreds of dollars to misdiagnose my dog and now want hundreds more dollars to cancel my monthly plan. If you don't want quality care for your pet, want to be overcharged and treated poorly, this is the place for you!

Love the people, always very nice. It's clean and usually no long wait times. Been good to my doggo. Monthly subscription plan can be pricey, if you're not using it. Would recommend.

These guys have been super helpful the last couple years, and when we had to put my cat Stella down a few weeks ago, there was nothing but compassion, patience and kindness from all the staff members. I highly recommend this facility.

HORRIBLE. Do not take your dogs or pets here. We got our puppy from the shelter 6 days ago and she started getting really bad discharge on her nose so we were worried. We made an appointment at animal medical services but it was for Monday (today) but it was getting worse so we made an appointment with banfield since they had an opening. First of all they didn’t really care abt our puppy they started telling us about a plan that was $600 and we would just mention things that we were concerned and they simply replied with “oh okay” second they did all the exam in a different room without us there. The doctor came in to tell us she was perfectly fine and she had no upper respiratory issues. She didn’t even get us much explanation at all. It was like she was telling us things that we wanted to hear which we were happy in the moment but we were still worried and none of our issues were solved. Later that night her snot got worse and she stopped being super playful. We decided to still take her to our vet (today) right away we knew we went to a horrible vet which is banfield. They asked us so many questions not even mentioning anything with plans or money . The doctor did the whole exam with us here and immediately told us that she had an upper respiratory infection. We could not believe it. We are never coming back here again. They just want your money and aren’t professional. If we just left it at that and didn’t get a second opinion she could of gotten so much more worse. Horrible terrible place would not recommend. We wasted money here and we are angry about it.

Not impressed. I was traveling through Salt Lake City with my mom's dog. My mom had recently passed away. Her dog, a dachshund was all of a sudden not able to walk. Her back legs quit moving. I took her into the vet and they would not even look at her because I did not have an appointment. My local vet here in Louisiana would have.

Great place to take my kitty Mocha! The vets have been so nice to her! Little hard to get ahold on the phone but besides that, even the people at the front desk are so kind. Thank you!

Took my dog a few days ago due to some pain that he was randomly having. Picked him up and they told us “the problem” he had and gave us medicine but the pain didn’t go away, it was still there, we wasted 200+ on x-rays and just yesterday we found out the pain comes from the mouth. how would they have not found this if they do “thorough” exams in the mouth and what not, he can’t even eat anymore without feeling pain and he doesn’t even bark. Not one bark in 5 days. All that money wasted on unnecessary stuff when the simple cause was in his mouth the whole time. Unbelievable a staff of vets couldn’t find the real problem and gave us medicine for something he didn’t need have in the first place. I’ve heard a lot of bad things the doctor that saw him as well so I suggest anyone that’s thinking of being their furry friend here to stay away. They were amazing back then but I don’t know what happened to them.

Banfield & Dr Helfrich are awesome! We have taken our boy Atlas in several times. Helfrich and her team have taken great care of him and spends all the time we need answering all of our questions so we can make the best decision about his care!

My dog has been bleeding the last 3 days when she poops. I was referred by AF Banfield to come Orem location. I called Orem 10x+ to schedule but they didn’t answer. When I asked to get help or schedule in person they handed me a paper with other places to go instead as they don’t accept people referred.I asked if they’d service me but she said only if you pay up front. I advise I have insurance and she said we don’t accept insurance here and that’s not our problem. Really stressful to know the company I paid monthly insurance premiums to wasn’t willing to help me or schedule a time at least.

Took my daughters Lab for an annual checkup. It was an easy sign in and everyone was very nice. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable and organized staff.

The vets and techs are incredibly helpful! My pup is a little much sometimes, and they're really patient with her nerves. I always get a call from the vet to go over all the details after her dental cleanings, and I feel confident she's being taken care of well! Love the thoughtfulness and attentiveness!! Keep up the amazing work! Bonus pic of my pup post dental cleaning, just starting to wake up?I will say, I try really hard to be friendly to the front desk staff, and I get mixed interactions. There are a few front desk staff who have been snappy, rude, or made unnecessarily snarky comments about me or my dog.At my dogs first dental cleaning, I got snapped at for not getting her weight before signing in (I was told not to give her a treat and she wouldn't stand on the scale without one). The girl got upset at me and told me I needed to use a treat to get my dog on the scale and weighed.So, the next appointment, I walked in and used one treat to get my dog on the scale and weighed. Again, I got snapped at my the front desk girl and then asked over and over (in a very cruel tone) if I'd been feeding my dog all morning ? Anyways, both times were pretty unnecessary, especially because I was trying so hard to be kind, express thanks for everything they helped me with, etc., and the whole time they were both rude. Overall, it was unprofessional and scary. Could use some training on customer service and attitude.
