Cute clothes but their return policy is awful. Not helpful if you buy something online and live out of state. I won't shop there again...no option at all for exchanges if you are past 21 days from purchase.

bohme and customer service obviously don’t go hand in hand. maybe they willing choose to hire miserable people or underpaid immature high schoolers? every time i go into this shop it’s nothing but stale stares and fed up attitudes, and my favorite the not so subtle annoyed eye rolls. the return/exchange policy is non existent so if your looking to buy a gift for a loved one here that’s a terrible idea because you can’t even exchange sizes or you can and the employees are just too lazy to do it. don’t waste your time energy or money here. hell i can get better service at mcdonald’s!

Bohme always has such nice workers but this location truly has the best of the best! Hailey and Brynna were not only so so helpful but also super bubbly and sweet. They truly made my day! I also had the pleasure of briefly meeting Lexi who also is so friendly. Such a great experience here. I will definitely be back!!

THEY DONT DO RETURNS. Make sure you absolutely love it because they won't do returns only exchange or in store credit. Even with online returns where I was mislead of the dress colour because of a filter they used on the photo. Scam

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. Went in to find a few things, didn’t have enough time in my schedule to try on a few pieces thinking I could return the items if they didn’t work out. I go to check out and the associate informed me that the jewelry was a final sale and I understand that. But NOTHING was ever said about not getting a refund for the clothing nor did I see signs. I tried on my clothing at home and some items didn’t work out for me, I was then curious later in the evening to look at the return policy and it then said that they only do EXCHANGES AND IN STORE CREDIT BUT NO REFUNDS?!?!? I genuinely don’t understand, makes the store look shady by the way it’s trapping peoples money. Won’t shop here again and will be steering others away from this store.

I loved Böhme! But I recently bought jeans there for the first time I noticed a sign about sizing so I ask an associate for help. They told me which size to get, I got home and washed them and they shrunk a ton in the wash! I tried to return or exchange but couldn’t.Everything else seems to be great at Böhme just not their jeans!

The customer service at the Orem mall Bohme store was so bad! The sales people did not even say hello. I carried around some clothing I wanted to try and noticed the sales people asking other customers if they could take their clothes back and they would let the customer know when a dressing room was available. No one ever approached me and asked if they could help me. I didn’t want to wait in a line so I asked if they could hold the items and I’d come back and try them when it wasn’t as busy. The answer, “We don’t hold things on Saturday”. This is an absurd policy, especially on a busy shopping day when items can’t be tried on. This is not the first time I’ve gone into the Orem store and had the employees seem uninterested and unfriendly. It seems your employee’s at that store are generally unfriendly, and unaccommodating.

The worker told me I could return my items since I was unsure about it, little did I know once I returned to the shop to return my items they could only be exchanged or turned in for in store credit. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed as the original worker made it seem as if I could get my money back.
