I came into AutoZone to grab a new battery, Noah and ti were the two workers there and they both had amazing attitudes and were phenomenal helpers for me, I highly recommend this store.

I always come to this auto zone because I live nearby everyone is so nice and friendly, but today Roxanne I don’t know who she is, but she “helped me” today when I went to exchange something that I ordered online and I got it wrong and I went to auto zone to get the right part, she was being rude, trying to get me out of there fast in a hurry, super rude with the other employees, and at the end she gave me a refund of the part yes, but I didn’t need a refund I needed an exchange of parts, at the end I got a refund of the part that it was wrong and I brought the correct one, but I didn’t like how she handled the situation and how she was really rude and saying “I don’t know” all the time. Definitely she needs a class of customer service.

Guy at the counter counter wouldn’t help me find a spark plug, and was just stuck up. I’d recommend going to any other autozone.

In this store one of the employees treated me very badly for being Latina, he told me I don't "speak Spanish" with a very bad attitude, I spoke to him in English but he still responded "I don't understand" I showed him the VIN number of my vehicle and He said it was bad that it didn't appear in the system, I don't recommend going to that store.

Quick and easy. Also took my used oil. Walmart did have cheaper oil though.

They always hepfull when buying but if you need to test something after 5 pm none of their machines work, so just drive to a different one were they are willing to help you!

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes I get people that are very competent and know exactly what I need and help me and go above and beyond. Like Jeff. Other times they don't have what I need and can't help me. Yesterday I stood in line with others behind me and watched the manager walk by a few times the phone rang then he answered it and helped the person by looking for parts. While the line in store got longer and longer. Next time I might just call to skip the line. One time a guy told me he couldn't test my starter. They do it's on the window.

I’ve been to Autozone several times over the last month. They have been kind and helpful. Primary looking for replacement parts. Wipers, headlights and brake lights. Quick, easy and informative.Thank you.

The staff here was helpful and friendly. I was looking for a cabin filter for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson which they didn't have but they did their best to help me find where I could get one.

I drove an hour to pick up a plethora of items for my vehicle and Taylor was exceptional helping me out. He was very knowledgeable and engaging with me about the best products for my Genesis Coupe. He is the example of what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you so much!

Went to return an old core and the salesperson's bad attitude was laughable. When I went up to the register he stormed away, I followed him to a new one where he then asked for my phone number, and when I wouldn't give it to him he threw my receipt angrily on the counter. This man should not be in customer service!

I was replacing my headlights and Jonah and Andrew were very accommodating even though they were just closing up. They made sure I got the part I needed and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of!

The service was Abit confusing for the individual representative trying to find a part that apparently is took off the shelves in virtually all auto part stores up and down Wasatch front. But luckily I found someone who would sell me something that will work perfectly.
