We have been using Autotek for our car repair needs for more than a decade, and continue to be totally satisfied with the excellent care we receive from Jason, David & crew. They are straightforward, honest, always give me an estimate for the work performed, and do a great job keeping me updated. We’ve used them to repair old cars, new cars, foreign and domestic, and they always come through for us.

Highly recommend!! I’ve taken my car and truck here to get fixed and Porter and the crew always exceed my expectations. Prices are very fair and reasonable, customer service is superb, and my vehicles always leave with a quality fix. Would definitely recommend!

Honest, consistently great service, and very knowledgeable. In the past when I had car troubles I would take my car to other mechanics, but after getting burned several times I started coming to Autotek and have been consistently pleased at the work Jason and his team does! Thank you Autotek!

Excellent power exhaust upgrade! Autotek replaced my huge 2011 Camaro 2SS mufflers with a flowmaster outlaw and some custom tips to match the bumper. It runs and sounds amazing!Service: Exhaust

Unbelievable customer service! I brought in a car with a very weird problem that even the dealer couldn't diagnose. Autotek put a lot of time and work into trying to fix it for me anyway. They were able to apply a temporary fix for me. Because they weren't able to fix my problem completely, they did it all at no charge! That includes their labor, the parts they used to apply the temporary fix, and multiple refills of oil.The dealership basically sentenced my engine to death, but when it finally gives up the ghost, you can bet your bottom dollar I'm coming back here to have a new one installed ?Service: Engine repair

We take our diesel truck there for all its services. This past weekend while pulling our 5th wheel down provo canyon, our serpentine belt broke. We had to leave our truck and 5th wheel at Canyon Glen. Monday morning my husband contacted Jason at Autotek and Jason actually met my husband at our truck and he followed him basically creeping down the canyon with his flashers on all the way to the shop. Got it fixed in no time . My point in making a review was to say that no one has such great customer service as Autotek showed today. Customer service has gone away everywhere you look. We were so impressed and will recommend them to everyone looking for a great mechanic.

Autotek did a great job fixing my Yukon. I was literally considering selling my car before I brought it in to the guys at Autotek. They not only got my car running smooth, they did fast and surprisingly affordably. I paid way less than I would have at the dealership and got better service, and better attention bringing it here. I'm bringing my other car here to get my A/C fixed and these guys are my mechanics from now on.

Just had our Yukon XL Denali fixed at Autotek and we were very pleased with the work. Several electrical and mechanical problems including passenger seat, rear defroster, auto folding seats, and rear lift gate. Autotek was so great - rather than try to sell us all new parts they only replaced what was needed and fixed others so we didn’t have to pay for new parts that could be repaired. Our vehicle is way out of warranty so we just needed it to work and we weren’t wanting a whole new assembly when repairing an individual cable would do the job. Honesty and trust are two of the absolutely must haves with mechanics and we trust Autotek to tell what must be done vs what can wait or is not even needed. These guys aren’t parts swappers looking to turn and burn, they look for the overall best solution and long-term customers. I’ve been taking cars there for years—these guys know their stuff and strive to do right by the customer. The labor was very fair and they explained everything they did. We loved working with Jason S., the owner, and we’ll keep bringing our cars to them. We live clear down in south Utah County but it’s worth the drive for us because we can trust Autotek. Thanks guys!

***DO NOT USE ***Brought in my Subaru because I needed a new engine and they did the worst job possible. Had to go in nine times. Currently my car isn’t working it sounds like The engine is going to seize again! The guy that owns the shop “Jason” is very dishonest . Not happy that we have to do this but my dad is taking them to court. Please save your money and go somewhere else!!!
