They got me in and out on the same day for my Mercedes' regular and auxiliary batteries. Very fairly priced services and friendly/knowledgeable staff. Parking lot is jammed up with a lot of vehicles, so that is the only complaint. Definitely recommend!!

Dropped my car off on a Sunday because it wouldn’t start, called in Monday and they were fantastic. Biggest thing was they chose to dig deeper instead of “diagnosis by repair” — instead of just fixing everything they methodically tested each issue to make sure they were only doing what needed to be done.
10/10, they’ve got my repeat business for sure. When they make commitments they put in extra effort to make sure you’re taken care of as a customer.

I have been going to Autobahn in Orem for 17 years. They are by far the best shop and people I have ever worked with. They are most knowledge, timely, and friendly shop I have had. Courtney always goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. I trust them implicitly and highly recommend them to anyone.

Made appointment to drop off my European car. They had it for a week before they did anything AND even then it took two phone calls to even get them to look at it. A week later I have my car with no answers to starting issues other than, 'let's start with replacing parts that have already been replaced '... And then if that doesn't work then '...you'll need to take it to a different shop since we can't fix valve/cam train issues.'
I thought they were a European shop. They didn't give any diagnosis or explanation on why we should start replacing parts other than "quality of parts" installed previously. WTH kind of diagnosing or mechanicing is that?
So I lost my car for a week and have almost no answers to why I'm having starting issues.

We have been taking our cars to autobahn for years and they are always so good to work with, but this last time was next level awesome. Courtney went above and beyond to make sure we got the right part and had the van fixed just in the nick of time. We were heading out of town for the fourth and she made it happen! We highly recommend Autobahn in Orem for so many reasons, but their customer care is #1!

They got the job done fast and did a fantastic job. Plus, the price was really reasonable—no hidden fees or surprises. It’s so nice to find a mechanic who’s both reliable and affordable. They were very nice and professional, I couldn’t believe it!

I called Autobahn for my 2015 BMW X3 that had an engine light on due to a engine cooling fan. The dealership was outrageous on price and even wanted a few hundred just to hook it up to their code reader. Autobahn read the codes and told me exactly what it was. They went out of their way to fix my SUV for a very reasonable price and I absolutely trust their work. I recommend Autobahn to anyone who drives BMW, Mercadees or Volkswagen. I know they do many other types of vehicles.

I originally had a great experience bringing my car in to get some suspension parts installed. I started having issues when I had them diagnose some ABS lights on my dash. They told me I needed a new transfer case so I bought a used transfer case and they told me I should do the transfer case motor as well. Then I had them do the work and the car was great until I realized just hours after getting the car back that the transfer case they put in was pouring fluid all over my drive way. They paid to have the car towed back to see what was going on and they said the transfer case failed internally which I'm not sure of and they told me they can just put my old transfer case back in the car with the new motor since the motor was the issue even though they had me do the whole transfer case. I had them do that and when I picked it up the lights were still on the dash at which they said we just need to have you come back and we will fix something under the passenger seat and they'll go off. Took it back again today for them to tell me it will actually be another $1000 or so to maybe fix the problem if this part they're recommending is actually the problem. Is there no way to actually know the problem through diagnostics? I got my car home today and realized they didn't connect something under my seat correctly because now the passenger seat belt notification rings even when no one is sitting on the seat and I also noticed greasy hand stains on the interior fabric part of my car and also a new scratch across the hood of my car. I really like Courtney and they're great to work with but the mechanics seem a little out of their element when it comes to German vehicles and they also show little respect or care for your vehicle. Hopefully this can be used as a learning experience for both of us moving forward.
