I have been an ATT customer for some time now and I recently needed help with my wireless account. I went to a couple ATT stores closer to home and didn't receive the best help and kept getting different answers. At one point I was told "that is just the way things are" about a specific question I had asked even though I knew that to not be true. Generally the staff in smaller stores have seemed unsure how to approach the situation I was in. I gave this store a try and received the best customer support I have had. Donny is the man! He is very competent in answering any questions I had, he is friendly and he was sure to see that I was taken care of.

Straight up scammers and liarsCame in for upgrades but ended up with two new lines that were never discussed or permitted. They have ignored calls and when we show up in person they have every excuse not to help customer service over the phone had to step in and it’s still not fully resolved0/5 despicable

I was hoping ATT would send me a survey for my experience yesterday but they didn’t. Not sure they do that anymore. I guess Google is a great place to share experiences too.Initially I was working with people who didn’t know what they were doing, or they wanted me to purchase things I didn’t want to buy. However, I got to work with Jorge (1/17/24) and he was awesome. I highly recommend working with him if you can. Jorge treats you like a human and helps you get what you need. I never felt like he was pushing me or getting me to buy something I didn’t want. He created an improved store experience for me! Thanks homie! I plan to return to this location for future phone/plan services. Thanks Jorge!

We switched from T-Mobile to Att today and it saved us quite a bit on a group plan. Zac was super helpful and patient with everything. Happy with our experience so far.

Awful experience. I worked with Jorge. I went in to trade in my phone. He tried to upsell me on everything. I told him probably ten times, i wasn’t interested in the upgrades, just wanted a straight acrosss trade with my trade in phone. Once I pushed back multiple times he told me he didn’t have that phone and only had the upgraded ones. Right… then when I pushed back again and just asked to order the one I wanted, he told me they don’t order phones. Another lie, just trying to rope me into the upgrade. Such a joke. Super dishonest. I’ll be switching companies.

Our sales and service rep Donny was the best I've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He went out of his way and above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I wish all sales reps were as nice as he is.

Don't waste your time here or money here.I came in in February. I added my partner at the time to my line, I signed up for a Direct TV promo to get $300 off my phone line, and I did a free phone trade-in.Well, the employee who helped me put the Direct TV promo under my partner's line even though it was me, I signed up, I was the one paying for it. I asked customer service about why I hadn't seen the promo and they just said that it takes time to hit your account. Today I found out my ex got it after we split. AT&T can't or won't do anything about this mistake. To make matters worse, the same employee who helped us sent my trade-in under the incorrect phone number as well; he put a typo at the end of it. I have spent HOIRS on the phonewith multiple departments trying to get it fixed. The trade -in was in February. I handed the old phone over in March. I am still paying for the phone as if I bought it on a plan and it still isn't fixed. I am so beyond frustrated and devastated at all this. I, personally, was suggested the promo by the employee because nothing could be done about the fact that I'd previously bought a brand new phone and had it stolen before it had been set up and nothing could be done. This new partner had nothing to do with that. I'm the one who paid for Direct TV after signing up fro the promo. My ex should not be the one whose number this went under. And they're saying nothing can be done. As soon as I have this phone paid off (this phone I shouldn't even be paying for) I am switching to aidifferent provider and never going back. I cannot believe this professional company lets its employees get away with screwing over its customers so badly.

Unable to change from shipping my trade in to dropping it off in store. That’s more on AT&T as a process but still an inconvenient trip to this location.

Mark was extremely helpful. We came in for a new phone and while at it, he looked at everything on our account and was able to save us money. We appreciate his knowledge and helpfulness. We would definitely come back to see him next time we need help.

Donny at the Orem location was fantastic! We browsed the products while we waited for a rep to meet with us, which was no problem. Very happy with our experience and now we have AT&T internet too, which we didn't expect to get.

Had to quickly replace a stolen phone. Mark explained my options, helped me get a replacement and set it up. Great service.
