The drive in was clearly marked as open and despite waiting 15 minutes and pressing call multiple times, I was not helped. If you can’t help the people in the drive in then don’t have it open.

Not my personal bank, but my moms.I brought her over to get some help adding me to her trust. I don’t like the vibes haha, the tellers seem annoyed to help ? there’s 7 people helping , 2 customers yet were waiting forever? Idk ?

Excellent attention. The girl at Ela Caja No. speaks Spanish/English and is very friendly and helpful. In general, there is very good service at this bank agency.

My friends remember this bank. I tried to do a cash advance. Then they did that last time refuse to do it this time. This bank wise to their customers and friends of customers. I had a prepaID Card from the plasma party. So I hope this bank star's out of business. They're disrespectful, rude and tree. People like trash Ace of quote act to a gig redneck bank.

The tellers are rude, the ATM doesn't work, they have drive through lanes marked as open but no one is attending them.

I have been with America First for over 20 years. They used to be great to work with and all about their members. Now their customer service is horrible and I have to go in to a branch or call them constantly to get issues resolved. Their apps are constantly down. I've never had as many issues with any other banking establishment. Their card guard app is a joke and is always down and/or being updated. I can't get my card turned on half the time because it's down and then I have to call the bank or go into a branch. I do not have time for that. I have had many friends and family members leave America first for the same reasons and I am ready to follow.

Afcu has always been great, I guess this location however isn't in the business of helping customers. From what they have said here, they won't add to their weekly money deliveries. I requested half dollar rolls, they said they couldn't for a specific person, would have to be business related. So asked them if it could be done through my business checking or savings. I have 3 business savings accounts here and 1 business checking on top of my personal accounts. They backtracked and said even then they couldn't because apparently they've had to much of a problem with coin collectors ordering rolls of coins...OK? What does that have to do with me?

I changed banks and joined America first and the process of joining was super easy, the employees are super happy and fun. They like to be there which made the process so much better. They are quick so you are in and out. they don't try to pressure you into anything. It's a clean and quiet environment. I'll keep y'all updated on if it's a good bank provided part coming later this year!

Do not use them!!!!! You will be on hold for 30 min + to speak with anyone and They will fund your loan just fine, but they use a 3rd party For insurance verification and 3 times the company has added $10,000+ each time to my loan for insurance, even though I have provided them proof of insurance. The only reason I found out they did this was because I received mitigation on my credit report that my balance increased. The incurable company's is a bunch of crooked thieves!!!!! Stay away until they get more service reps and a different insurance verification partner.
