Worst return policy, got me an enail and still havent used it, i took it back probably an hour latter i got it cause the charger section had an isue and wont even charge, so i took ik back the way they give it to me , the Package didnt have the wrap seal plastic around and there wasnt even a manual, looked like it was a returned product or something, so they told me that once you get it out the store they cant do anything on helping you on that part, ill post some pics so you peeps can tell,i meam os not like they would put wax on it and let you tryit before you buy it? ,sorry but worst of the worst policy return ever, good thing that it wasnt more then 40 bucks, all other smokes shops do have a right policy return when it comes about electronics?, Definitely npt going back and people that had same problem just bring Business somewhere else , np, that place is a joke, best place to go buy ?, freedomvapors in payson,best deals, best prices, that place is off the hook 10 days smoke shop warraty plus a manual and a factory warranty after the 10 days that they will offer you , i invite you to check out freedomvapors?, shame on AM smoke shop in orem, worst of worst tbh.

Absolutely do NOT go there!! Overpriced and for the tiny vape I bought which was supposed to be a newer model, the mouthpiece was TOO tiny. Just not comfortable at all. Tried to exchange for a model vape that was $20 cheaper and didn’t even mind not getting the $ back!! Still refused to help me or exchange. Even though it was less than 2 days ago the purchase was made. ?So serious! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!

I only gave it a four star because it was my first time there and i had hard time understanding the employee. I know if I go there more often I would hear him better and be able to understand all he says. Way friendly staff though. I've read their return policy is only effective if you don't leave the store so try those disposable vapes inside before you leave guys

This is my go to smoke shop not sure why but I feel the owner and his daughters have always treated me and my friends like their friends. I love to see the owner MJ get a big smile on his face whenever I ask him about the latest items he got in! I love how passionate he is about what he does and I absolutely feel like he and his daughters are close friends even though I only see them at their shop. Nothing but love for this place please be respectful when entering and you will get treated with respect right back!
