We are greated with friendly smiles each time we go. We love our vacuum we bought and more importantly they have a yearly plan to have it serviced, before there are any problems. With the service, we get a discount on the cost and accessories for our vacuum, plus free filters. I highly recommend A-1 Vacuum and Sewing. I came into Joel’s shop because I needed a repair on my shark vacuum. He had my vacuum fixed and back to me in under 10 minutes! On top of that he kind a very professional. Highly recommend!

Amazing shop! Get with vacuum repairs and sewing machines. Having an issue with your machines? Get in here to get a repair instead of throwing it away.I’ve used these guys for vacuum supplies for my Kirby and they’ve never let me down. They do great work and are very friendly and helpful. Often it's hard to get someone to answer the phone. They also aren't great at calling me when the item is done.

Every time I come into this store, I am greeted with a smile and I always feel very well taken care of.They usually help me with my central vac needs but they had such a good deal on their Elba sewing machines, i decided to it was time to replace my old one. Lots of good information was given to help me make the best choice.As usual, i am very happy with the product and the service ?

If you want a company that you you can trust, A-1 is the place to go. I took my vacuum in to get fixed and they were so kind, they explained to me what was wrong and how much it would be, not even a week later they called and told me that it was done and the cost .....and Let's just say, I was shocked to find out it was cheaper then they quoted me earlier. Wahoo!!! money in my pocket

Belt broke again after 3 months of use. Opened up the bottom to find that whom ever repaired it used a much smaller belt than the original. I found the correct model number belt online in under 5 minutes. Should have just fixed it the first time around myself and saved the money.
