Came to wash my dogs, worst dog wash experience I've ever had. Middle of winter, at least the water warmed up, and that was it. No shampoos, no conditioners, and the hair dryer blew as effectively as a 3 year old with a straw. If we hadn't happened to have had towels in our car, our poor dog would have been soaking wet and freezing as we left into the 30 degree weather. NEVER use this one!

I have used this wash multiple times and enjoyed it despite its few issues with the wash selector dial and general cleanliness. Sadly, my last visit was quite frustrating. It was a cold day, and surprisingly busy for an outdoor carwash. I pulled into the last available bay and had another patron pull up behind me to wait almost immediately. I swiped my card and proceeded to rinse my car. Before I even had time to soap my rig, the manager (could have been the owner for all I know) Aggressively approached me and told me to not hog the bay. I laughed to my brother because I honestly thought he was joking. I watched to see if he would tell the other bays ( that each had more cars in line ) but unfortunately he did not. I dont know if it was because my brother who was with me is Latino, or if it is the appearance of my car, but either way I felt frustrated. It sucks to see a place that you liked go down hill. Hopefully this encourages some of you to do business elsewhere.

Dog wash attached to the car wash ran for 30 seconds with horrible wash pressure and no soap would come out then shut off. $10 for 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes. The assistance number on the machine was a cheap paper sticker and rubbed off so I can’t read it and the main line went to voicemail. Horrible experience.

$12 for 10 min. Probably only worth using once during fall or winter when I can't wash the pug outside. The kids thought it was fun though, so, that's a plus.We used the bath that had the cute inflatable directly outside of it.The directions for how to use the dog wash weren't super clear. I brought my own soap and towels just in case.The first button says shampoo but I don't think there was any shampoo in the hose, so, glad I brought my own. Button 2 was rinse, easy enough, button 3 was condition, again, couldn't tell if anything other than water was coming out of the hose, push putton 4 was the flea treatment. We could see and smell that one, so that worked. I guess. Then the blow dry worked pretty well. My pug always takes 2-3 towels to dry off at home so I wasn't expecting a miracle here lol. He's such a fluffy pug; he absorbs so much water during bath time.

Amazing car wash and dog wash! I drive past 5 other car washes to get to this one. The switch between different cleaners is super quick. I have a full body ppf and the spray wand soap cleans up the car perfectly without having to go over it afterward by hand. The spot free rinse is a higher pressure than other places which makes the overall clean quicker and my car always dries with nearly no spots.

It really is nice car wash especially for touch less. That being said, it is very pricy. Both the individual wash price and monthly price are more than places like wiggy Wash and quick quack. Plus at those places you get the vacuum for free you don't get that here. Now the part that gets the one star rating. I paid for the $37 a monthly pass. And after I paid realize that the app doesn't work at all can't even download it. There's no alternative way to get into the car wash. So twice I have come to the car wash and not be able to use it. Today went again and still wasn't able to use it so I had to pay the full price of a separate wash. I even ran into someone who worked there and he gave me a number to text to fix the problem and I never got a response or any solution.

I went to this car wash today and was there for less than two minutes. When I hit stop, it said 1 minutes and 53 seconds. And then it charged my card $14. Can someone explain that?

Garbage car wash, have been treated very negatively by whoever works there as well as being charged a few months after I had cancelled the subscription. The app is terrible and you will end up paying for services you don't want or need here. The car wash by cutlers that is just a few blocks north of this one is much better and you don't get told to leave while your paying for the services just because someone in a "nicer" car has pulled up behind you.

It's a cashless carwash, which is nice when you don't have to track down change. Good self washing facilities and options. There's a place you can pull forward to and use the provided hand towels to dry it off.

Over all just works never had an issue and the price isn't bad. Everything is clean and they let you borrow towels to dry your car, its my go too now in orem. Highly recommend.

Good price and easy to use. I’m hoping owner is able to contact me about my lost purse I left there yesterday August 26th, 2023. I was there around 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM. I left it on the small table inside the doggy station. I realized I left it there about 30 mins after leaving and sent my sister-in-law to look for it since she was nearby. It was gone by the time she went to go check. I noticed there were signs stating there’s cameras watching. Please if there’s any way you’re able to help locate my purse I would very much appreciate it. My purse had my wallet and other important documents as I just moved back to UT from Wisconsin. Please contact me asap.

Dog washing was AWESOME! 5/5 Made a stop on our way home from camping.Dog dryer.... Not so great -50/5We have a fluffy dog so we left with a soaking wet dog. But it was convenient and easy to use

This place actually got my car cleaner than Quick Quack and 5 $5 and whatever other car washes that are around. I was rather amazed! Will definitely go there again! Prices are comparable to the other car washes, but for me yeah I would definitely go there again!

Place is great and very useful, only down fall was it wouldn’t accept any of our cards and had to download the app in order to use it. Machines worked great, though!

Come here very often to wash my car, my bike and bathe my dog. Last time I’m coming here: we were washing our bikes and as soon as we started drying the bikes a guy came and basically kicked us out. Very rude and bad customer service. He kicked us out just cause a BMW was waiting for like 2min. Not coming back
