“The owner (Ken) is a first rate kind of guy. I stopped by (on recommend from a rock club pal (SNG&MS in Vegas) to chat a bit before setting out this morning, and that turned into an hour. He is just that friendly! He's took over the operation about 18 years ago, from his father; who started the business. So he's things come and go around here for a long time, and that counts when you are asking for tips to find rocks or minerals in the vicinity. I came back later to find him doing some lapidary work in the back for some customers. He has some nice inventory as well. I know there are a few dozen rock shops in this neck of the woods, but you be hard pressed to find a friendlier and more straight shooting owner than Ken. If you happen to be in this neck of the woods, I recommend stopping in to see him! God bless!”
