They refused to accept a cash deposit for less than $200 without ID. They’re lying saying it’s a federal policy. The bank secrecy act (BSA) does not state this. A currency transaction report isn’t legally required for transactions less than $10,000. It’s absurd. ID for “money laundering” on a $100 DEPOSIT. Nonsense.

I’m very disappointed whats the point of owning a bank when their customer service is awful and so unprofessional there policies are awful just everything. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Wells Fargo Bank is so much better and it has more features with the debit cards like tap to pay Even with the ATMs which Zions Bank does not do
