I stopped in today with my four year old grandson who loves trains. Dale was exceptional! My grandson wouldn’t stop talking about getting to drive all the trains and push all the buttons. It has to be said that I’ve never in my life experienced the customer service we received today. I think I was actually more concerned about my grandson touching things than the owner was lol. He has a great museum in the back if you want to learn more about early Ogden as well which was super cool. I will definitely be shopping there for Christmas!

Dale is knowledgeable from YEARS of experience. He solved some equipment issues for me on a Saturday. I live 300 miles away, but try to stop in when I am passing through. If you get the chance, his museum out back has a wonderful layout. Highly recommend.

Quaint little dusty train shop with plenty of new and used inventory and several running train layouts to boot. They have locomotives, cars, accessories, and track in all gauges. Dale is knowledgeable, kind, and answers questions with thorough explanations. Very little parking in the street, but plenty behind the store where you can enter through the back door. Sweet staff assistant loves to chat and can help you with any questions. While a little disorganized, it's still very much worth the trip.

What a fun place to visit. They have a large selection of trains and items. I have a ZW transformer that belonged to my grandfather. They helped me test it and validate that it was still safe to use. Didn't even charge me. The owner was happy to share ideas and plans for how to set up my trains.I will definitely be back any chance I get. The museum in back was amazing. So many rare trains that you never see and beautiful layouts.

Confused by the other reviews. Maybe the actual owners weren't the ones I dealt with. The selection was really good, which is why it gets 3 stars for me. The people I interacted with didn't seem interested in selling anything and my best guess is that they were somewhat medicated. I might give it another try in a few months.
