Not an honest company. Will not ever shop there again. They lie about hours of operation. If dishonest in one area what about other areas. Does a dishonest company change its spots.

Would not recommend their door shop. Took in two bifold closet doors worth $350 to have them cut down. The guy at the counter not only took down my wrong phone number, but also, when I picked up the doors the wrong sides had been cut. So now, not only am I out the $350 for the doors but also $50 for their fee....which for only two short cuts and having to wait two weeks for them to be done is way overpriced.

Wheelwright had their lumber delivered to my home by mistake. Very difficult to work with and left a giant mess behind.

Big shout out to Steve Wheelwright for always taking care of us! Thanks so much! Korie with Wheeler and Associates property management! He personally came to one of our rentals that I was having trouble at because the doors were built in the 1900’s or earlier!

Lowes messed our door order up TWICE, reordered doors with Wheelright, they jumped on them right away and helped us out on a messy delay! These guys ROCK!

Bought some trusses for a house here. Worked with Danny, he made the process a nightmare. He would not return my calls or and communication. Trusses arrived 3 months later that told, hence the frustration with communication. The trusses worked great. Would consider going back, but never want to see Danny again.

Unless you're a contractor making large orders you'll be ignored. They say they'll sell lumber to anyone but that's only if there aren't any contractors around for them to help instead of you. You'll wait until no one else is there before they even acknowledge you're waiting for lumber.

Avoid this place at all costs, very expensive(even with a contractor discount), they forgot part of my order so had to go back twice, they didn't even care that they did so, they didn't wrap my baseboard well and as a result had water damage. Save yourself the headache and go to Colonial Ace instead for specialty items.

The store manager here shouldn't be in charge of a wet paper bag. He treats his employees like total trash, unless he can get them to play bully to employees that see through his shady behavior. He treats customers like trash. He treats females like trash. If you're a person of color, just go elsewhere. I cannot believe his behavior is not only allowed, it's almost like it's encouraged. No other way to justify him still being employed there. He also instills intimidation tactics to get employees to lie on his behalf. Truly disgusting. Nothing "right" here. Shameful. There's only one reason this store manager is allowed to treat employees and customers like trash. They don't need customers. Customers have even told the owner about Shawn, as well as employees. Owner could care less. Check out all the bad reviews. Says it all I think. They don't even respond to reviews. It's not because they're customer focused. Must be busy harassing and demeaning people.

This place is a joke.. I worked there As a front end salesman. the manager shawn is nothing but a Racist, misogynistic hateful human being with two sets of standerds. the owner is a spinless pos. i warn people not to do business with this company. they treat there employee's really bad and there potential customers are being played. again just a warning do not do business with Wheelwright lumber

Not the biggest fan, wheelwright seemed like a better option than big box stores for higher grade lumber for various projects, but when I went in they weren't helpful and basically stated that they mostly cater to business customers and made it sound like if your not a business they could really care less to deal with you, since you might only buy small qty's. I also was there as I was doing a renovation and looking for higher quality door options, even here they were uninterested in helping. I don't recommend, will have to find a better option for quality lumber.
