Parts dept is outstanding. Great service. Huge inventory. They answered the phone quickly. Confirmed they had what I needed. They had good afternoon hours on a Saturday. I was able to get 3 projects done in 2 trips. I was surprised they had my parts in stock. They showed me the warehouse behind the counter. It's huge. Call them. Save yourself money and save yourself a headache by avoiding ALL Young Automotive locations. I have multiple people I know of who have gone through them and have also gotten screwed over. They will swindle your money and act like you're getting a good deal and give you a car that won't work properly. They gave me 2 year contract that I paid extra where they do "free" maintenance on certain things which they did not abide to. PLUS wait to even get your car in is over 3 weeks. These guys are terrible please save yourself a future headache.

I had a positively stellar experience at the Young Ford Ogden service center, thanks to Claudio and Cassie. With a cat code, three nails in my tires, and a bad wheel hub assembly, I booked for a Saturday and was swiftly entered into the system. The nearby mall was a great place to wait it out, and because I knew my wheel hub was in Layton, I was prepared. Cassie kept me in the loop throughout with text messages and time estimates. The above-and-beyond is that they kept working after closing time because my wheel hub seized. Their perseverance is commendable. What delighted me most was the diagnosis by Claudio and the remediation steps that helped me avoid going straight to a new cat. Claudio replaced my overdue (at 160k and had originals!) O2 sensors and spark plugs and, in tandem with an engine flush, I am no longer getting a warning sensor. I now have an excellent functioning truck because of Claudio and Cassie. Even though I am only visiting family in Ogden, I plan to make it my go-to for maintenance because the service was so head-and-tails above my local Ford. Excellent service at Young Ford Ogden Service Center!

I went to look for a new truck, and was very impressed with the service provided. I worked with both Jared and Wes who helped me look through both their new and used selections to find a truck that truly met my needs. They listened and were very attentive. When I found the truck they worked and got me the best deal they possibly could. Some of the other salesmen looked at the paperwork and had genuine surprise on their faces when they saw the deal I was getting. It was overall a great experience.

My complaint is specifically pertaining to the service department. Dealing with their manager Taylor has been an extremely poor experience. When I went in to describe an issue that I was experiencing and, questioning weather I should get a transmission flush, my concerns were met and they quickly made an appointment for me to get the work done. The problem was not resolved and I had to go back for further work. While working with them again this time they said that it is a very known issue and that there is actually a warranty out for what I am describing. This time the correct work is done and my car is working smoothly. All fine as far as workMy problem lies with 3 parts of this transaction.1.) I described the problem the exact same way before and after the transmission flush and only after the $300 flush did they remember that this is a common issue that is covered under warranty. A few weeks after this incident I saw fords official notice (published before the date of this incident) and it is nearly verbatim what I described the issue to be. This left me feeling deceived and like I was being taken advantage of. Nowhere along the way did any of the 3 individuals that I talked try and correct this.2.) When voicing these concerns that the warranty was brought up only after I had purchased a service from them (not that the service itself was ineffective) Taylor said he would listen to the voice recordings but was unable to give me any sort of discount because "work had already been done". But he assured me that he would personally look into the problem. After over 8 weeks, I have called multiple times only to be assured that Taylor would call back once he is out of a meetings and that if he did not call, the service desk would personally call back. I have not received a single call. Nobody would like to address this problem and it seems as if they hope things just go away.3.) They lost one of my spare keys. Still no response on this problem either.I would not in any way recommend going to Young Ford Ogden.

Very disappointed in the service department. Nobody knows what they're. I left many messages nobody returns phone calls. The dealership has definitely gone downhill.

My service was an oil change and a health update on my 2020 F150. The service was timely and great. I was sent a really nice video to my phone documenting the health check up. I loved seeing the checks and the condition of my vehicle. Cassandra took charge of my service and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. The service tech made a great video for me. I was very pleased with the service and felt like it was very professional.

During our RV trip, we made a stop at Young Ford to address an issue with our F-150, and I must say the service we received was nothing short of exceptional. What truly stood out was their willingness to accommodate our RV by allowing us to park it conveniently in their parking lot near the building.Jay, the individual manning the service desk, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and comfortable. He consistently checked in on us, offering assistance and making sure we had everything we needed during our wait. It was evident that Jay understood the challenges of long-distance travel and did his utmost to support us throughout the process.What truly touched us was the kind gesture of Jay sending a card to our home, inquiring about our safe arrival. This level of thoughtfulness truly sets Young Ford apart in terms of customer service. We left feeling not only satisfied with the repair but also genuinely appreciative of the care and attention we received. Thank you, Young Ford, for making our unexpected pit stop a positive and memorable experience.

The review of a dealership is not a review of a salesperson, whose job is to smile, be pleasant, your new best body, caring and so forth everywhere you go. My guy Trevor is a good guy but so what?!! My truck is terrific - reason I bought a Ford. The review is based on the organization, sales management, finance & insurance, general manager, service department ---- all of these Do matter to the customer(victims?) of Young Ford Ogden and Young Automotive group. For all of the interactions that do matter I do not recommend the dealership. Start with signing the papers to close the transaction - the papers do not reflect what the salesperson told you, or what is written on the dealership windows, or other advertising. When this inconsistency is indicated the F&I person acts condescendingly to you and "explains it" to you as though you are illiterate and lack reading comprehension, and then their manager does the same thing to add to that. Changing financing institutions, interest rates, and so forth is at Youngs option and they will fabricate reasons to switch institutions etc. relying on the document they insist on you signing that "legally" allows them to do so.... This is one example often repeated by other reviewers. Another is Service Department and "free maintenance" for a year - yes with the lowest quality (below manufacturers specs) and not disclosed to you. The service is not "free" for a year of usage. Fuel Cards. Again not provided and no explanation why. All of these are a reflection on the dealerships general manager and the business decisions made by the Young Automotive group collectively (read the other reviews). So as always BUYER beware the smiling, nice people, who are pleasant when it comes to taking your money.

Scheduled maintenance on my truck unfortunately I got stuck at work and my wife took my truck in and Alexis in service was so attentive with my wife and she looked into my truck and saw I had important pending recalls she had them done same day and was able to break down with clarity to my wife so she can explain all the service requirements and also have us suggestions for our next service interval. Plus pointed out there was a service coupon for the work I needed done and saved us some money and time by getting all our needs met. Thank you Alexis again for your customer service and just being a genuine good person and looking out. Truck made it to our awesome vacation spot without a hitch and smooth rolling.

Purchased a new F-350 Superduty 6.7 HO back in June. The salesman wasn't the worse I've dealt with but nothing to write home about. Kyle in the financial department was great and only reason I'm ok with there not being a 0 star option. Vanessa is worthless, that doesn't even begin to describe how horrible she is. Must be related to someone or sleeping with the BOSS to be employed with any business. Brought our pick up back down to have the window tint done along with stone shield and resistall. Took some time to schedule this as it was a 2 day appointment and we're from out of the area. Brought it in at 8 as was arranged with Vanessa, my wife was there at 8 waiting. Vanessa rolls in at 830 with her star bucks coffee buried in her phone not a care in the world. Wife drops the truck off, next day rolls around can't get ahold of Vanessa for updates. Was told it would be done early afternoon. Finally talked to her at 3:15 said she hope to know if it was going to be done by 4. Called back at 4:10 no one could find her and was told she had left for the day. Was told the manager would call us back, never happened. Service writer informed us the manager had picked up our truck and brought it back to the dealership after it was done at 5. Handed my wife the key and said it was out front. Didn't explain anything that had been done or anything. Will be contacting a general manager at Youngs tomorrow. Assuming they are willing to talk to customers unlike anyone but the very nice receptionist that took the brunt of our calls. As far as Vanessa she should be fired!!!

Overall experience was great. We had a few issues with the car’s functions, but they noticed and told me they weren’t going to sell it to me until it was completely fixed. I really appreciated it. They doing to to undermine you and work with your budget. All thought it might not be what you exactly want ( like a really low price ) they get you damn near! I appreciated the cooperation. Jordan is amazing

Jack and his team in the service department did an AMAZING job with my Mustang, and the turn around time was far quicker than I expected!! Mechanics Brian & Dallas we’re on top of what needed to be done and made sure no stone was left unturned! HUGE shout out to Young Ford in Ogden! I highly recommend them for all your car repairs and maintenance!!

DO NOT buy a car here or have it serviced.We brought a car here and they help it hostage under warranty repairs. Even when we tried to buy a new car at an agreed price 1 day later when we went to purchase they did not live up to their word.I have engaged an attorney

This is the most pathetic 'business' in Ogden. They should not be open. They do not help people, they do not care. They are useless. They have had my car for 8 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE IT. I took my 2017 Ford Fusion Platinum into this godforsaken place a week before Christmas 2022. They told me it needed a new transmission. I was quoted 6 - 8 weeks. It was the dead of winter, they wouldn't provide me a rental car because "Ford didn't have any to provide". Transmission took about 13 weeks to arrive, another 2 for them to install it. They installed it incorrectly, and didn't fill the transmission fluid so my car was smoking. They also punctured my leather seat by not being careful and tore my perforation. Another month went by while they fixed their mistake, called me back in to pick it up and two of THEIR EMPLOYEES backed another customers truck into the front of my car... IT HAS TAKEN ANOTHER 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING for them to fix minimal damage that they caused!! I have gone through the Service Manager, the General Manager, Ford Customer Service and Young Automotive Corporate. NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME, NO ONE DOES ANYTHING. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE.
