Horrible customer service. Tried to get a refinance done and took way longer than it should have! Asked me to pay this. Than that.. then asked for more information. Had to send multiple times payoff statements. Barely any communication from staff. Doesnt seem they even know what there doing. I wouldn't refinance from Wells Fargo. You will just be wasting your time. Not only have they done that. I've been asked numerous times for pay off quotes. Statements and keep being asked for more and more and more information. These people are garbage!!

Horrible Customer Service and knowledge from staff, steer clear from this location if you can, I have given them multiple chances over the years and have yet to leave feeling confident with my financial dealings, any other location within the area is a night and day different experience.

This branch used to be my favorite of all time of any in the world and was a 5 plus in my mind. But since 2020, I'd give it a 2 but really it should be a 1, I just still have warm memories.Today they didn't have have enough tellers so they just shut down one of the 2 drive thru windows and let the customers back up almost to the street, same problem inside.You are thinking that maybe someone was sick but I'm not so sure. In 2020 in an economy move in response to the recession they instituted a hiring freeze and only recently started hiring again but they haven't been able to get the staffing and service level back up anywhere near to the high level it used to be.Looking for a new bank, Bill

Hours listed are wrong. The lobby is always closed, drive-in opens at 9:30, but has a long line. The sign says 2 lanes open but that is wrong, only one lane. Wells Fargo’s normally bad service has gotten even worse. Tax payers bailed them out with $25 billion in 2009, should’ve let them go bankrupt.

I really like the wells Fargo Bank system. I have been served only in this Bank in the USA for a long time. I ended up in Ogden for work. I needed to open an account for my LLC immediately. I was very worried because my English is not very good. I came to this office. The employee of this office, Stefanie Godinez, explained everything to me very well. I knew right away. This is a very professional employee. Thank you very much!
