Recently, a new flood light was installed on the west side of the building that is extremely overpoweringly bright and is aimed at several residences and windows and could be a building code violation since the light is aimed at residences and windows. It would be nice if they could change the angle and not shoot an extremely bright floodlight at nearby residences.

Chelsea was so amazing to work with - today I had to wire a contractor a development fee and she made the whole experience a joy! This is the kind of people who will make customers for life - I am very grateful and if this makes it back to Chelsea I just want to say thank you! I like banking at Wells Fargo bank they are so nice with there customers one good customers service willing to help you out with anything that you my need there do there best and there best is wonderful I care for them

The branch had several employees, but no one was working they were all on their phones or talking to each other. No managers were present when I asked for a manger they said they were busy picking up food. On several occasions I have walked in and I would only see one teller working, everyone else would be on break or on lunch. They used to have a good team, but now it has gone down hill. So disappointed in this branch!

Wouldnt help me to deposit money via cashier's check from a different account of a different bank to their branch from the same account holder of both accounts. Wouldnt look the account number up.so i could do that. Reason:" its policy. " " i cant" " I dont want to get fired and lose my job" i wasnt intereated in knowing the account number nor the balance. I just wanted to deposit the money.

Slowesssssssst drive-thru in the world. Plan on spending at least half an hour sitting.....every time. On a positive note you could take a nap while you wait. The car behind you will honk when you need to pull forward.

Rita was an absolute lifesaver God send this morning. As IRS Stimulus was releasing payments to individuals, I ended up being one of them. Unfortunately, they had my old WF information and sent it to my previous account, and was at the risk of getting it sent back. Rita went out of her way calling a multitude of departments to help redirect my stimulus into my current account. Thank you so much! Stay safe.
