I've known Brad for a while and he runs a great business. Anytime I reach out he is eager to help. I don't have rentals properties in their area, but if I did, I would be calling them.

Be careful dealing with these people. The management does not honor the lease that they themselves provide.
Before signing anything, go over the lease carefully, and make sure that you have a lawyer available to enforce the lease.
Furthermore, they refused to refund or even say what happened to my security deposit.
Furthermore, I don't even know what they're talking about in their rebuttal. They must have confused this with a different case.
Don't trust these people they do not operate in good faith.

I love renting with Welch Randall. Very friendly staff, willing to help with my concerns. Maintenance was great. They maintain their properties well. The perks they have with Pinata. It helped improve my credit score with their credit reporting program. I would use them again in the future if we ever decide to move. Thank you soooo much for everything. I miss it already.

WR does a GREAT job. We've had some issues with water problems in a building yesterday, dumpsters that weren't emptied by the contractor, and getting my monthly fee paid properly. But in every case, WR has worked with me to get issues fixed Muy Pronto.
They are the third management company we've had in my time here and they are FAR AND ABOVE THE VERY BEST!

My husband and I are new in the world of real estate investment properties. We are both very financially conservative and were both VERY nervous about getting into this area. I received a recommendation from a fantastic realtor we worked with and I can't say enough positive things about this company! Brad, THOMAS, Natalee were all so patient and attentive with all my questions and concerns. The entire team is amazing, but I want to send a special rave review on Thomas- he has been so patient, responsive and kind to me during the process. I've been stressed and sometimes impatient and he always responded with patience, kindness, and helpful information to alleviate my nerves. If you're thinking about getting into this area, I'd say you can't go wrong with Welch-Randall! I give them a whole hearted endorsement!

Do not bother trying to rent from this company. They do not care about wasting your resources.
We fell in love with a house, applied for it, and then they called and said the rental property was being taken off the market so they could do some work on the house.
Why was the house listed for rent if this company did not know if it was ready to be rented? I spent -5 AND HALF HOURS- filling out the extensive rental application for 3 people. That's the majority of a full 8 hour work day that I sacrificed on my day off. I also had to pay a mandatory $60 for my pet screenings that I wont get back.
Why did your failure to be prepared cost ME time and money??? ...In this economy?! That is completely unacceptable in my book.
I have never left a bad review before, but this situation has made me genuinely upset.

I live in a community that is managed by Welch Randall Real Estate. They are always very responsive to any issues that come up and are good to resovle any issues that arise. I've specifically worked with Jennie to help with our Clubhouse. She has been so wonderfule to work with! She makes sure that we get into the cluhouse and don't have any issues for our time there. I will always recommend Welch Randall.

I just had the chance to work with the maintenance tech Scott from Welsh-Randall Real estate. He was absolutely fantastic. He fixed the items that needed to be repaired in my apartment and I would highly recommend his services anywhere. He needs a raise.
