These guys rock. I've had neck pain for like 10 years and have gone to at least three physical therapists. For the first time, I'm feeling not just less pain but also more control; I feel like I actually have the tools to keep myself strong and in control of my pain. Bonus, the employees are a bunch of adorable, funny geeks who are just freaking delightful to hang out with.

Pretty underwhelmed with the attention received by the actual therapist. We were mostly pawned off to assistants. We went a few more times afterward because we were told insurance “usually covers it” and we thought we might as well go if it’s covered anyway.Well, it wasn’t 100% covered and now we’re stuck with a bill. I tried calling to see if they’d waive our small portion of the bill since my insurance paid the bulk. They were unwilling. So I shall pay it, and never return.

I absolutely loved working with the people at Wasatch Ogden. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A few times I had to bring my 2yo with me and they were able to find exercises and movements to help without having to use any of the big equipment. The reception staff send out text reminders and actually respond to you, which is so nice. Actual people instead of just a computer reminder.I’m 30yo runner, and came for some IT band tightness. They used exercises tailored to my fitness level and capabilities. After four weeks my pain was gone, still some tightness but nothing too concerning. They use an app to give you exercises to do at home, with video demonstrations.Overall it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend going to them for any physical therapy needs.

I had therapy here when I had shoulder surgery and when I recently had TKR on both knees this was my first choice to get physical therapy. Everyone is friendly, helpful and wants to ensure your goals are met. Highly recommend.

Had a bike accident that broke my arm. 4 months of pt. Scott, Ernie, and Lindsey were great and all the techs were great as well. They were thoughtful and brutal at the same time which is what you need to recover. This place is great.

Why can’t I give SIX stars?! I started going to Wasatch Therapy (Ogden Location) because of a knee injury at the end of September. I fell while running and experienced a lot of pain through the day, and couldn’t complete normal household chores or walk down stairs. I started the @ Wasatch P.T. in mid-October. My goal was to be able to go skiing with my kids by January. I went to physical therapy twice a week, and then worked at home on the exercises as much as I could. I LOVED going to physical therapy, and looked forward to it. Ernie was my main physical therapist and great to work with, and understood my personality and goals and helped me achieve them. I wanted to work hard, and they continued to challenge me. I did work with the other therapists a few days as well when Ernie was gone, and they were also knowledgeable and supportive. The assistants were all engaged and helpful. I “graduated” from physical therapy at the beginning of this month, and was able to go skiing with my kids! I also learned a lot of new exercises I’ve incorporated into my exercise routine to help strengthen my knee so that it doesn’t become re-injured. Thank You Wasatch Physical Therapy!

Melissa is a joy to have as a therapist. She helped me previously with my lymphedema, and now for my pelvic issues. She explained everything that we were going to do, and how to do the exercises, watched me do them, gave suggestions, and then sent me home with easy to follow instructions. Beautiful building, lots of rooms, privacy.

I had a great experience here at Wasatch PT Ogden. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. From back pain during pregnancy to knee strengthening post-op Scott Toronto, my therapist, was flexible and willing to try multiple methods to help me achieve my goals and get back to normal. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice and will be back for any future needs myself.

I will use Wasatch Physical Therapy for all my future PT needs. Everyone there has been wonderful. Ernie is very personable. I definitely like Wasatch better than the other PTs I've used in Ogden.

Edited Post. First Review was a 1 star. Now changed to 5 due to how they handled it, possibly before even seeing this review. First time patient, showed up 10 minutes early to my scheduled time. Filled out paperwork. Waited 20 minutes. It's now 20 minutes since my scheduled appointment. I walked out. Loosing my copay. It's mid week and they don't respect their patients time. Is what I thought. Then Peta spoke withy my PT and found away to guarantee I'll be able to come in when scheduled and get moving immediately so I can actually schedule other things that day. She called me and made everything alright and the resolution is being the first patient in office for my PT days. See y'all bright and early at 7 am tomorrow.

I am SO thankful for Wasatch PT. I have been going since August and have come such a long way in healing after my second baby. Melissa and Alex helped me regain my strength in my core and fixed my pelvic floor health. They are both so knowledgeable and while it took patience and work on my part, I wouldn’t be where I am without their expertise. Thank you sooo much Melissa and Alex!

We are glad to have this opportunity to thank Ernie Chavez and everyone at Wasatch Therapy for the near miraculous intervention into Ted's well being this year. Debilitation had set in during the time it took for diagnosis and then medications to be effective, and Ernie recognized immediately the critical variables. He ascertained first that the desire to eat had declined and convinced us that calories and protein needed to increase in order to accomplish the work that would be done there. Calories = energy and protein = muscle building. We changed the diet and Ernie began the process of working and strengthening muscles. Ted's improvement in strength and stamina was quickly visible. His functional abilities increased measurably, including ease in rising from a seated to a standing position, to climbing and descending stairs. Now it is so much more.Ted is golfing again and living a routine life. So grateful for the care and knowledge given to us by Ernie. People say "It gave me my life back", which is true in our case. We appreciate the attention and care from Ernie and Wasatch that gave life back in a way that medication alone did not. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!

Ernie Chavez and Scott Toronto are great physical therapists. Scott got me ready just in time for Hell Week. And when I got another injury a few months later I went straight to him for my rehab. Great experience with Wasatch. They were very patient with my schedule changes and short notice arrivals.
