I came to a Wasatch Pharmacy & met w Christine who is the owner for a lot of gut issues as well as hormones. Experience was awful to say the least. She comes across as very friendly & wanting to help you type of person yet throws a bunch of expensive suppliements at you w no plan in place whatsoever w the food part of it. I honestly don’t think she knows what foods you can & cannot eat with sibo, leaky gut, dysbiosis etc; Supplements can be helpful yet what you are eating is a huge part of it too. No guidance whatsoever on the food part of it. I had 5 different gut issues which made my situation very complex & it was nearly impossible to heal with her not offering any protocols except a bunch of supplements which a prebiotic I had been on that she put me on for 3 mths that I later learned I never shld have been on for the stage i was at. I called on three different occasions & the guy I spoke w said he wld ask her & get back to me which never happened & after the third call, left me a message saying Christine said I shld get off of it. What?? Also, was never told from the getgo that she doesn’t prescribe so you’re having to find ANOTHER doctor that does! What a hassle! She lowered all of my hormones significantly which made me feel terrible & my compounding pharmacist I’ve been w for years looking at the dosage said he didn’t know how that low of a dosage wld do any good. I thought I wld give it a try & after 6 weeks felt terrible, He was right, I got back on my normal dosage & felt much better. The young gal Saydee who does her scheduling forgot to give me quite a few items Christine had on the list, the first time I went for adrenaline fatigue so was without supplements I was supposed to be on. Saydee was very rude & unprofessional when I had called one time & when I mentioned it to Christine no apology whatsoever, blew it off completely. My son didn’t have a very good experience w Saydee either & quit going immediately.I spent a lot of money there to no avail. I always felt really rushed, Christine talks very fast & was all over the place, I already was dealing w anxiety & walked out feeling more anxious as the whole visit felt all over the place & what she did write down you cldnt even read to look back on to follow! What a mess! If I called to just ask a question, she was rushed on the phone as well & always asked you to just make an appt! She didn’t want to be bothered w questions unless she was getting her $175 fee! I noticed other negative reviews & her response is always “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding”. Misunderstanding? Which tells me she cannot take responsibility for her or her employees actions & turns it in to a “misunderstanding”. I know she cannot control her employees actions but by all means, that is certainly not a “ misunderstanding” it’s called being unprofessional. She said their high quality supplements you cannot get from only a functional medicine doctor which is a bunch of bull as the EXACT ones ARE on line that you can order. She had me & my son taking her compounding melatonin which was alot more expensive then the ones I was already taking & didn’t work near as well. I’m sorry to have to do this but others shld know what they’re getting in to. I don’t care how “nice” she comes across, her business practice is anything but “nice”. I had 4 family members who needed help & asked who I went to & I wld never refer them out to her after my experience there. Fine, if you want to have your hormones made there ( you will pay a higher price), but the quality of care as an actual patient of hers was terrible. I wld never pay that much for her visits again considering her level of care.

One of very few compound pharmacies in the local area. I've been using this pharmacy for over a year and I've never had any problems or issues. They have an automated phone menu but it's easy to speak to a real person when necessary. Prescriptions are always accurate and always on time. Customer service is amazing! Well worth the drive to get my compounded prescription, however, they also offer delivery.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and everyone there is so fantastic. They always have my pills ready and are great to answer any questions I have. The owner of this pharmacy has also been so supportive of my classroom and has even donated supplies and treats for the class. The kids and I are so grateful for the support.

I had always used the big chain pharmacies until I encountered Wasatch while caring for my mother. Attempting to simplify life, I had my own prescriptions moved to Wasatch as well. Transition was a breeze with very little effort on my part. Now I would never consider returning to the big “friendly neighborhood“ pharmacies. The entire staff treats customers with extraordinary kindness and respect. Adding their expertise, willingness to solve problems or issues, and extreme patience results in a truly amazing FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD pharmacy - Wasatch Pharmacy Care!

I started going to Wasatch Pharmacy because they took such great care of my grandpa. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Wasatch provides excellent customer service that you can't get from the big chain stores.

All Pharmacies work hard to be kind to their customers. I know this from having done business with several over the years. I also know that a sizable percentage of customers can be very unpleasant to work with, because unlike 30, or 40 years ago, back when life was quite normal, many people today are short tempered, and live in an aggravated state of mind most of the time. These days, people wait impatiently in milliseconds, no thanks to the internet. People no longer have any patience. Most businesses have to coddle many angry people every day, so it's wise to take negative Google reviews with a grain of salt. Wasatch Pharmacy hires kind people to begin with, because the owner is a very brilliant and an extremely kind person. And it's obvious that she would demand this important quality in her working staff. As a result, all of the Wasatch Pharmacy technicians go out of their way to insure that their customer base is well taken care of, and most all of us happy customers leave there feeling like we are not only well liked, but also appreciated to the max. Every person working at Wasatch Pharmacy is very sweet and kind. Every other aspect related to the business professionalism of Wasatch Pharmacy rates a ten out of ten, without a doubt. Wasatch Pharmacy is one of the best Pharmacies around. Christine is very good and surrounds herself with good Pharmacist and Techs. Lori has been there for years. If you had a bad experience there it might have been a very peak time and you were looking for things that are beyond their control. Availability of Meds, or the rise in cost of some meds. I've had some experiences watching people demanding the impossible and the staff being professional at all times. Thank you Wasatch Pharmacy.
