I’m so disappointed with their business practice. Watch for hidden fees. They also add LoJack to their vehicles and pass the $1000 cost to their customers. I feel so taken advantage of, I don’t want you to feel the same way. I was in a bad accident (no fault of my own) and feeling the affects of that, plus my vehicle was totaled. The vehicle I purchased cost around $35,000 I was able to put down $23,000 from my payout of the totaled vehicle and my hard earned savings. The remaining balance is $21,000 with fees and extras they added on.On a positive note, I found the exact vehicle I wanted on their lot, a 2023 Ford Edge (used).Please be careful, read the fine print and go over your contract line by line. And maybe wait a while after a traumatic experience to make sure you don’t get taken advantage of.

Jump Drives are the new practice to give you all your documents, ask for hard copies. And most of all, wait a while after a traumatic experience to make sure you don't get taken advantage of."

Customer Service personnel have always been: extremely knowledgeable, kept me up to date on the work on my car in a timely fashion, can call or text to ask additional questions about the work being done, and are kind, courteous, and thoughtful!I am always asked if I want the car washed, a free courtesy. Even after a free trip check, I received a courtesy car wash! The service was exceptional!Thank you, KIA! They truly offer outstanding service!

Call me naive, but I went to this place desperate to get a safe vehicle for me and my baby. My old vehicle had break issues. I told the salesman I was a single mom who worked overtime as a social worker. He promised he got me the best price (lied about that). He told me that the tires had air but the and the sensor light would turn off after I drove it long enough (another lie). Took it to a tire shop and they told me it had faulty sensors. I called Wasatch Front Kia and they said they would call me back to fix it. They never called back. They lie and take advantage of people in desperate situations. Don't buy your next car here.

Great experience! We found what we wanted on their website. When we showed up, Blake Stevens greeted us and knew exactly which vehicle we had seen. From the test drive to signing and driving away, it only took an hour and a half. Blake was friendly and knowledgeable. He made this car buying experience easy and relaxed. I recommend Wasatch Front Kia AND Blake Stevens for a great shopping experience.

Crazy thrown in fees that were “impossible” to remove. They put on edge guards and charge you $300 as a standard practice because it’s a guaranteed profit. Check your dealer agreement before you are charged silly fees. They also refused to sell me a vehicle with out a warranty. The price online did not reflect what they were actually selling it for because of that required warranty (don’t put a fake price online) I didn’t want one from them and they wouldn’t take it off.Communication was sub par.Could not test drive unless a dealer was in the car with me.Blake was probably the only good thing about that dealership. They should be grateful they have him.Overall, because of our experience with this location, we will not be purchasing from them.

I purchased a brand new Kia with them. The sales experience wasn’t good at all. Their communication skills are very poor, especially dealing with such sensitive issues and big purchases. They changed the price we agreed upon and I realized it with the finance manager and they wouldn’t hold their people to their word. I still continued to purchase the car, but now looking back, I wish I had stopped right then and there. I had to take my brand new car back the next day because of an awful noise it made and they repaired it but still questioned the car. These weren’t even the worst issues. I refinanced with a credit union a couple of weeks afterwards and asked for a refund on my gap and it took them 4 months to give me my refund because the finance MANAGER didn’t submit my request for 3 months even though I gave him all the proper documentation. I called multiple times a week to talk with him personally and he avoided me and never returned a phone call. Not professional at all. Definitely don’t recommend it. Use this as a last resort to avoid headaches and inconvenience.

I recently had to buy a car and Cole Murray introduced himself to me as soon as I got in the door. He was very kind, funny and knowledgeable. He treated me like a person which hasn’t been my experience at other dealerships. It didn’t feel like I was talking to a salesman, he became a 5 minute friend who happened to sell cars. I couldn’t recommend him more a real stand up guy!

We bought a Kia Telluride. Most of the buying experience was good. Was really mad when the dealership ran my credit without my authorization and continued to say there is nothing they can do about it when after talking to the three credit bureaus Wasatch Front Kia is the only one that can say they made a mistake and have those removed. I tried to dispute it myself and that is when I was told Wasatch Front Kia had to make it right. A credit pull stays on your record for two years and I didn’t authorize it.

Great service. These guys were awesome and kind in every way. They’ve got a great service model here. Glad we chose here instead of Young Kia. Gary was our main guy and he took great care of us and was amazing with communication. Would definitely recommend!

We was in the market for a new vehicle and was across the street at another dealership for a vehicle we had seen online and really wanted. It was on a 24 hour hold for another person so we headed across to Wasatch front kia. We looked at a couple cars and was heading out to further look elsewhere. The salesman that was helping us said how can I earn your business? Took us back inside and found us the perfect vehicle. It’s on a train on its way here and won’t be here for a little over a week. We needed a new vehicle asap and he worked it to get us a loaner until the vehicle came in.
