The company's representative which was spectacular his name is Nathan Chadwick, did a spectacular job of placing three packages in front of me and explaining each one of them, and obviously I picked the ultra package which included a tablet. And a sweet deal on that, on top of that we added another phone line and this service representative took care of everything.

I explained the issue with the microphone on my phone and Luke S. saved me $99 by recommending that I use my phone's warranty instead of the insurance. I'm glad I called them first right before I was about to finish my claim, as I forgot about the warranty. Great customer service for being knowledgeable and saving customer's money wherever they can. Every dollar counts.

Roderick is my go-to in the store, always gets me the best deals possible. I was really blown away on the deal that I got upgrading from my Google Pixel 6 to a Google Pixel 8 Pro. He's got great customer service and has the down-to-earth approach and has my best interests first to make sure I'm getting exactly what I'm looking for and has my trust. I had the best customer service experience at this particular store with Roderick M. I got me a brand new phone and he was so helpful and informative with walking me through the new features, transfering my information over, and ensuring I was getting the best data and phone package. I will only trust going to this particular Verizon as he never pressured me into anything I did not want. He even helped me save money with my bill. Phenomenal Service

I wanna start off by saying thank you to the team at Verizon, the day i went to go pick up my new iPhone 15 pro max didn’t go as planned. Took awhile and issues came about, and didn’t receive my phone immediately. But with professional teamwork and communication the next day, the Manager of the store, and Cory came in clutch and resolved the issues at hand and got my trade in resolved and got me my new phone. Tremendous work, will be looking forward working with the Manager and Cory again in the near future.Thank you

Roderick and his team is better then any corporate verizon rep I've ever dealt with. According to the customer service when I traded my 900 samsung s21 a rep from the corporate store pocketed it and both customer service and the corporate store refused to assist telling me tough luck only after speaking with rodrick and his team were we able to track and fix the issue thanks rodrick u guys are amazing! Better then any corporate I've been to. Go here I won't go to any store but cellur cells now!

Told me my perfectly fine 13 max trade would be worth something, but I got nothing. I lost $400 on the misinformation and nobody can help because they’re too busy selling the new 15. Don’t use the store, go with the real Verizon online.
