I can’t say enough good things about this US foods that may be the best one that I’ve ever delivered to the one the broker gave my company the wrong delivery date they they they gave us on 17 August at 6 AM in the morning and I wasn’t supposed to be here the computer showed that the appointment was 6 AM on the 18th so I was a day early but yet they went ahead and download me anyway yeah oh the blood Praveen yeah I was little little high but yeah they could’ve yo made me go back to the truckstop and say hey when I download you tell them all morning they didn’t have to go ahead and unload me yeah they could’ve been no they didn’t have to be nice about it very friendly staff in and out pretty quick get about four hours to get unloaded paperwork in hand

I’ve been here 3 times and I was in and out in 2.5 hours. Press intercom to enter and stage where there’s available parking. Check in is by the “deluge” water tank. The receiving lady is MISERABLE! I’m not expecting sunshine and happy but I’m also not expecting her to yell and slam her mouse down on the table and roll her eyes if you take more than 0.001 second to answer her questions. Write your number on top of your BOL or she’ll make a scene about it. EVERY time I come here she’s rude and miserable. I’m not bothered by short and neutral but straight up rude and aggressive is so unnecessary, like how stressful could her job possibly be

They can’t even fix there own time they open at 6 be careful lady at the windows likes to snatch ur paperwork if ur not getting some at home don’t come to work lady rude.

Smooth checkin process, no complaints there. My issue is slow unloading by none other than Capstone. Do the job that you guys charge outrageously for in a timely manner.

THE WORST COMPANY WITH THE WORST DRIVERS. Working with them is nothing more than stress piled on top of stress, they refuse to co-operate with directions, cause damage to property every time they are here, using silverware from the places they are delivering to prop open doors and will curse you out if you tell them to follow the rules, every time they come here, and I will not be disclosing that info because I do not speak on their behalf of my company rather on my own experience, it is like babysitting an adult. Please train your drivers better.

Unloading part gets 5 stars. Lady in recieving gets 0 stars. She is quite rude and cover them things up. No one wants to see saggy wrinkly t*****s. Unprofessional appearance all the way around.

Receiving lady is a joke. Hope you get fired you rude ignorant woman. Us foods get better employees. Corporate quit allowing your ladies to have attitude with drivers. We do you all a favor. Us drivers die and risk our lives to be treated like garbage shame on this company.

If I could give them a negative number I so totally would The lady at the front desk from the minute I walked in the door had a hard-on? I am not sure what was going on with her. I did not just talk to her rudely. I simply came in when I was instructed by the broker and this woman had a attitude from heck. She was very unpleasant. I have never been so disrespected as a driver as I was by her. I was already having a tough time with a load by being late from a shipper getting stuck in the snowstorm and then for them to treat me like garbage. That's why I don't do food loads. If you can stay away from these people. They think us over the road drivers are garbage and we know we are not

Horrible Customer Service towards the drivers the lady its literally a Karen horrible attitude specially towards latinos and middle eastern people always nice to white american. She doesn’t explain her self, she pretends people should know all the procedures on this horrible company system ? you get an (F) KAREN fix your hair that looks horrible!

Yep, everything they say about the dark haired Karen is true, hell, I spent 8 years in the service and another 2 in Law Enforcement and I've known some bad Playas that had a much more pleasant disposition than she does!

While the lot and docks are clean and spacious. The shipping and receiving clerks are absolutely horrible people. They are incredibly unpleasant regardless of one's disposition. They really ought to fire the dark haired woman who works here.

Really great job by them. Checked in at 0900 for a 1000 appt time. Bumped dock at 0910 unloaded by 1000 had bills in hand 1010. Will come back anytime.

Takes for ever to get unload and your bills back . Capstone change to much and they don't know how to count or unload fast .if u have more stops u will miss your next stop
