I recently visited the UPS Store early in the morning to check my rented mailbox, and once again, I had an outstanding experience. As a Google Local Guide Level 7, I always appreciate consistent and reliable service, and this location certainly delivers on that front.Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and promptly checked my box to ensure there were no waiting packages. Their efficiency and attention to detail are commendable, and it's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service. I have been renting a box here for a while and have never encountered any issues with the service.One aspect I particularly appreciate is the staff's friendly demeanor. Even during this early morning visit, they managed to brighten my day with a smile and a cheerful "Have a great day!" This level of personal touch makes a big difference and is one of the reasons I prefer this location over others.In addition to checking my mailbox, I have also used this UPS Store for dropping off numerous Amazon packages. Every time, the process has been smooth and hassle-free. The store is generally not overly busy, which means I rarely have to wait long, even during peak times.Overall, I highly recommend this UPS Store for anyone in need of mailing services or a secure mailbox rental. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient service makes them stand out. Five stars all the way!

We went in there yesterday to return an item and had several questions. Was helped by Mona. She was so polite and helpful. We were worried that we were taking too much time but Mona answered all our questions and every time someone came in the door another friendly person emerged from the back and helped them also. I was very impressed with how quick and friendly this store is.

Mona is amazing! We were in a rush to get closing documents overnighted and she rushed to help us get them out in just the nick of time! She was also calm, cool, competent, super-pleasant and she had wonderful energy! Thank you Mona!!!

I’ve returned multiple Amazon returns to this location. Amazon always says they never received the return if I take it to this location. Fortunately. I keep my receipt and Amazon honors it but will plan on taking my Amazon returns elsewhere as this could have cost me several hundred dollars.

Employees we're super rude & gave attitude when I tried to explain that my package came in it's original box and was a gift when told I had to package it the way it came. I was laughed at as I left the store and told I was out of luck. SUPER unprofessional & I plan to report this store and it's employees!
