Store has been busy when I have gone there with only one person working. Today there were about 7 people in front of me ehwn I walked in and by the time I was helped there were another 6 behind me. Several people left because the wait was too long. I went in to file a claim because an overnight shipment I had made from the store ended up taking two days. I tried to call the store multiple time but only got an answering machine and never got a call back when I left my number. After waiting for about twenty minutes to be helped the girl at the counter couldn't help me because only a manager can start a claim. You can't start a claim online, it has to be with the store you shipped from. Won't be using UPS store to ship from in the future. Will go to UPS directly because if anything goes wrong I can start paperwork online.

The absolute best UPS location. The employees are so friendly and kind. They even gave us very helpful tips and information with an Amazon issue we had. They had no obligation to help us. Such a positive experience.The young man (I wish I could call him out by name) always leaves you with a “have a blessed day”

Absolutely amazing customer service from King!! I don't know how to properly thank them for being so on the ball. This is the third time this employee went out of their way to assist me. I truly appreciate and trust UPS to handle my business.

Excellent customer service experience at this location. It’s the holiday season, so the two employees on-hand were obviously very busy. Despite this, they offered friendly, efficient service, and managed multiple tasks with great communication between themselves and with customers. Very impressive!

This is one of those if I could give less than 1 star I would! The store is great, the shipping service is good, but the experience I just had with the employee there was worse than abismal! She was the rudest human I have spoken to all year long! I says help and she acted like I was bothering her to put down her phone and help me. Delivered a package I didn't order to my door. It was clearly somebody else's package that had been mislabeled. I took the package to this UPS store and explained that it's not mine and they should return to sender, or otherwise resolve it with the customer that ordered it. Instead of doing that, they had the package redelivered to my house. Twice. I can only assume the people that work here are incompetent.

The manager at this Store (Alisha) is so amazing , she offers the best customer service to everyone who comes through the door, even during the busy holidays time, and she is so efficient , I will choose that location for my UPS needs every time!

Employee there most recently as barely competent. I had guide her to be sure she scanned my packages. Was also coughing all over the place without covering her mouth. Absolutely disgusting experience. If I can’t use self serv will go elsewhere!

While I've heard positive things about this store's overall reputation, my experience at this specific location was below expectations. The service was slow, the staff seemed disorganized, and, unfortunately, there were instances where employees were unprofessional, even growling at customers.

If I could give this zero stars I would. There is an assistant at this location on 12th street in Ogden, UT. Her name tag says Brittany. She is the rudest person I've ever dealt with at all the UPS stores from Brigham to SLC. She never smiles, grunts at you in disgust if you ask a question, doesn't help you or ask if you need help, & never says thank you or goodbye, NADA! I use ups at least twice a week & if I have the time I go 15 miles out of my way just to NOT have to deal with her. I've also stood in line & observed the way she treats other customers...same attitude, extremely rude & condescending. One day she was on her phone the whole time she was bagging up my package. I hate leaving bad reviews because in our society we needs more people willing to work. But this girl needs some serious customer training.

The service is always great, quick and easy. However the STENCH IS UNBEARABLE. It’s a mix between vomit and air freshener trying to cover it up. And it isn’t just one time. I go here a couple times a month and it’s always like this. The most recent time it was so strong I became physically ill myself. I will have to start going to a different location.

Terrible customer service! The girl who works here was very rude to me and was also rushing me. I didn’t catch her name but I remember her having dark brown hair and tattoos on her arms.

I made an appointment online with the public notary, but when I arrived I was told that she wasn’t coming till later & could/would not do anything about it. I was not informed of this beforehand which I found to be disrespectful and simple careless, please fix this immediately.
