Negative experience opening a basic savings account. They do not have a reliable and secure way to submit sensitive identity documents for the account application. They were unable to process our application despite multiple attempts to submit documentation as well as a follow-up call to their customer service.

Have been a customer with TAB for over 20 years and can say without a doubt their customer service is second to none. Have never had an issue with them.

I;ve been trying to open an account with TAB BANK but no success. I've spoken with customer service and they said they will call me back to help me but they never do. forget it then.
