They are very slow. If you go there plan on being there for an hour+ before they even acknowledge/ help you.

I brought two lines to tmobile and had set up the rebate of up to $800 when bringing the device/line to tmobile. Further down the line, the staff incorrectly processed the rebate therefore it didn't happen. After leaving tmobile I got texts of past due moneies & pay to restore my "temporarily" disabled lines. Customer care said I needed my pin to access my account which I could do in person at a store. I asked "and if they can't" but was assured that I could. Sceptical with everything at this point I made a call to the store to see if I would be able to get my pin per my phone call and they said no. Lie after lie. I wish one person could have done their job correctly. If negative stars were and option, they would be at the top of the list. Unfortunate to lose three customers and those that left hearing my story in store. Bad form.

Kara is amazing. Transfer of a line should be simple, unless you get a call center rep who has no idea about what he’s doing. Thank goodness Kara took over the mess and the situation we had spent an hour getting no where from the call center she handled in record time and was still smiling afterwards.She is a true company representative who is dedicated to helping the customer.

The only reason I am giving a star is to post...This store was clean but not inviting, rude, unprofesional and completely unhelpful. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by ANY service provider. I am a long time Sprint customer who has never had to deal with T-mobile until now. Between the customer care on the phone (literally 4 days, 20 times, 12 hours) and having to go into the store 3 times, the entire experience has been hell on earth. And my issue remains the same.Good thing it's approaching Black Friday, I am now looking for a different "un-carrier"! Wow T-Mobile do better.!?Warmest Regards,Broken heart of a long time customer

I'm very disappointed. My husband and I came here to try and see if a corporate store could help fix an issue we had without an account. The employee we talked to didn't even seem like he wanted to help us. He didn't even bother to try to look up our account to see what the issue was. We've barely had this service for a month, and this has put a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back to this store if employees aren't going to try everything they can to help a customer.
