A driver ran a red light while I was turning left on a protected arrow hitting my new Mazda CX5 causing significate damage. Valley Collision Ogden demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and customer service in repairing my car. Two thumbs up to Jacob and Lindsey as well as the rest of the staff. Jacob bent over backwards to make me happy which is not easy, I’m pretty fussy. He was always of good cheer. Lindsey was always a pleasant and welcoming voice any time I called in. Valley sent out regular texts to let me know my car was on schedule. My car was ready by the estimated completion date. I highly recommend Valley Collision Ogden and will use them again.

Only place to get a collision repaired. Kept me updated during the repair so I didn't have to call them and the car looked great. No issues at all.

Ended up here for repairs through my insurance company. Ran into some service issues with repairs and I’m honestly amazed at how far above and beyond Jacob went to take care of everything and work with me. It was like having a friend do the work. I didn’t have to worry about surprise fees, and other anxieties that come with auto shops. Everything was straight up. Highly recommend. Will come back.
