Walked in to do some Amazon returns. The two men at the front saw me and one said, "Jesus Christ!" when he saw my hands full. I wanted to turn around and walk to my car in shame.
I was mortified. I happen to get over myself quickly, or I wouldn't have had the courage to complete my returns, but I certainly never want to go back. I get having bad days, and he thought he was quiet about it, but ugh.

I just have to say thank you to AMANDA at this staples in Riverdale for truly caring about every customer who comes in and going the extra mile to guarantee satisfaction! I came in one hour to closing needing 50 custom sticker labels printed and in no time I had perfect 50 labels without any hassle for an unbeatable price.

It's not often that we receive such awesome service that we just can't leave without giving a great review, especially in today's market. Tiffany provided that, and more today, as she helped me get a new office chair transferred in from another store. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! Keep it up! Because I'll be back!

Visited the store to buy postal stamps. Store cashier stated that staples stopped selling them. Staples is an office supply store but doesn’t sell stamps? That doesn’t make sense to me and I found it quite ridiculous and inconvenient. No wonder your business is suffering.
