Install was quick and painless, the customer service at the shop was fantastic. I haven't had to deal with he customer service directly with smart lock yet, but the shop did give me a heads-up that if I do run into any issues to just come in and they will help me get it taken care of! I was dealing with some stuff from having to get install from Wyoming requirements but live in Utah and they made this super easy for me vs other places.

This company is the absolute worst. Go with any other option if possible. I'm on the verge of loosing my job because my interlock keeps saying mouth closer and won't let me start my car. Customer service literally told me they can't do anything to help me. Not to mention the $300 I'm out because I kept getting false violations and was charged for two months of service when I can get it removed in a week!! Heartless, Greedy, Never Helpful, Rude, Disrespectful, Monsters running that place.

Smart Start has promised from the beginning that there are no issues for my electric car and tout being one of the few or only places where you can get it installed on your Tesla. Unfortunately if you actually want to use your Tesla after having Smart Start installed, good luck. In less than 2 months I have had to go into the shop to have my device reset 3 times. From the start the mechanic complained and warned me about actual use. I didn't think it'd be this bad. The mechanics and other staff are great and customer service is nice. Hence the 1 star. From beginning to end. It seems everyone in the company and it's mechanic's that they commission to service the device know there are issues. For some reason it hasn't made it to the top executive suite to fix. Don't get me started on the app when you have something happen outside your normal service interval. That apparently is a known issue too. Fix it SmartStart. Maybe start using electricians instead of mechanics. I'm not the pro here. You are.

The staff there is very friendly. They work hard to make sure your taken care of. Also I never once felt judged or discriminated against because I need an interlock device. They treated me like any other customer so that was awesome.

I didn't choose to get a Smart Lock and I actually was forced to come herStarte due to no availability in Logan. Regardless I was impressed with the shop.It was very clean, well maintained, with a comfortable waiting area and mini fridge with waters. The safe were friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't make you feel weird at all for installing a Smart Start.

My wife had to get an interlocking device. Our "smart start" professional was Chet he made this transition of driving again pretty easy. Chet was very knowledgeable and patient with her, he walked her through the process and answered all her questions. He gave her confidence to get through this and did not pass any judgement in way shape or form. 5 stars to the staff and thanks Chet you very professional.
