The bed was squeaky but it was comfortable, bathroom was a bit small but expected for the price. The outside of the hotel smelled like marijuana but inside smelled clean. Door didn’t lock but there was a door stopper.

The guy at the front desk is really rude to me from the time I got here. I have been cleaning my room my self taking out my own trash changing my own sheets and vacuuming. Got 7 hundred dollars worth of clothes stolen. The website says pet friendly and it's not it's way to expensive plus 20.00 dollars per pet. Went to call the front desk and no phone cord old food behind the beds it's gross and not clean.

I liked everything about my stay. Only issue was when I went to get a shower in the morning my shower knob was broke and only hot water would come out the shower head. I left them a note hopefully it gets fixed for the next guest

The beds and especially the pillows were soft and comfy. Management was nice and friendly. Location was great.

I was going to keep my feedback to the email survey sent after my stay but the manager felt the need to reply to it with dismissal and excuses so I am making a public review. This hotel is old and outdated with an attempt at masking it through one updated wall with nice paint and art, so the marketing pictures mislead you about the condition. The check in process was long, the two staff members I encountered were unfriendly. The quality of the whole building is just poor and can't really be helped, making it incredibly loud and impossible to sleep well. The carpet is gross, the outdated shower/bath area is just gunky around the caulking and grout, there was a broken light switch cover, the loud buzz of the cheap fridge was enough to give you a migraine. It had a musty smell, the HVAC ran loud, and the other guests were disrespectful, one group showing up at 2:40 AM and banging in and out of the door about a dozen times, fighting, possibly drunk. Enough that I got up and changed into clothes from my pjs and went to the hall to figure out which room it was, and was about to report them when they settled down. The sound of every guest coming in and out of the building is loud enough to almost think someone banged the room door rather than the exit door. The second night a group showed up with a screaming kid 3:40 AM. I get it, I've been there, but the parents were yelling at each other and their other kids. Nothing individually was enough to go make an issue in the moment, but over all it was enough to just leave a night early and go home to get good sleep. The bathroom had a pocket door that was banged up, you can see in the attached picture, the sheets were washed (I think!?) but had stains, as did the pillows, which both had thin enough sheets that you could see the stains under them on the mattress and the super small pillows. You could see multiple spots in the ceiling where repair was done poorly. The wifi wasn't a secure network and I was given an 800 number that I had to call to get them to fix it, rather then the hotel taking care of it. When I got an email to leave feedback, I did, and I was honest. I got a dismissive email back saying I should have gone to the front desk if I had a problem. None of those things could have been fixed on the spot, the quality of the building is just old and cheap. If you want something above a super crappy motel but not at the price of a quality one, then this will work for you. This is basically a trucker hotel, with several trucks parked, idling with someone in them, not giving a super safe feeling, in a more remote area, not near many places to eat or shop. Just know the marketing pictures are very misleading and you won't get any focused work done. I read other reviews after my stay, looks like I'm not the only one that had problems.

Very dependable - I always know that this hotel will fulfill my wants and needs.Very friendly staff - very clean - & very understanding. If I were to list pros and cons - my only con is that the shower stall floors are extremely slick. No matter what room I have had the privileged of staying - I remember the anxiety & fear of taking a shower.Rooms: Rooms are comfortable. The microwave, coffee maker, & refrigerator provide needed, & unexpected convenience.Rooms are very clean and stocked. The audio/ visual are above average All these accommodations is one more part that makes this hotel awesome.Safety: The floor of shower areas - an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise all the common areas are well kept.Food & drinks: Food is above the normal or expected. The food and drinks aremiles above "continental breakfasts" offered at other reasonably priced hotels.

We've stayed at an array of Sleep Inns-the'yre older but typically reliable. The Ogden Sleep Inn was not so; we won't be returning. Booking stated that we were given an accessible room, however it was on the second floor, and there was no elevator. Room itself was in poor repair: towel rack installed in shower as a "grab bar" was broken, battery missing from smoke detector and visibly left open. Night staff was abrupt, however the morning staff was great.

My wife checked in here. When she turned down the bed, she found pubic hair in the bed. The sheets had stains on them and were obviously never cleaned. The comforters had yellow stains on them. She felt so uncomfortable she left and booked another room. When I called in to inform them hotel they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the room and refused a refund. I called back to talk to the manager the next day and after a bit of discussion he told me he would allow a refund of 50%, which is ridiculous but I was going to take what I could get. When Expedia called him back he lied and told them he never agreed to it. After I tried to call back I was told he was not there, even though I had talked to him fifteen minutes earlier and then hung up on. When I called back, my calls were completely ignored or hung up on again. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

I stayed here for four days during a business trip. This place sucked! No elevator. Wifi only worked the first day I arrived. There was no room service offered at all. Very OLD, dingy, and dirty. Bedspreads were stained with who knows what!
