As a Google Local Guide Level 7, I always appreciate consistent and reliable service, and this location certainly delivers on that front.Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and promptly checked my box to ensure there were no waiting packages. Their efficiency and attention to detail are commendable, and it's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service. I have been renting a box here for a while and have never encountered any issues with the service.One aspect I particularly appreciate is the staff's friendly demeanor. Even during this early morning visit, they managed to brighten my day with a smile and a cheerful "Have a great day!" This level of personal touch makes a big difference and is one of the reasons I prefer this location over others.In addition to checking my mailbox, I have also used this UPS Store for dropping off numerous Amazon packages. Every time, the process has been smooth and hassle-free. “I have for years been thoroughly pleased with the work of this office, but I have never written a review. Shame on me! The repro/print jobs I present to the Harrison Blvd. store are large and complicated; yet the store produces richly colored documents, does so quickly, and does so at a VERY reasonable rate. Over the years, Haleigh has become my ex-officio-personal-assistant-in-residence, and Missy is just as good. The store recently printed and bound for me 25 copies of an 85-page color booklet, and it was simply excellent. My clients will love it. Well done, FedEx Harrison!”

“There was no other customers when I went around 4:00/4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The young man was super helpful and nice but the middle aged lady was rude and acted like me using some of their tape was coming directly out of her paycheck or something. The building was really clean and the small parking lot was nice enough considering the location. Also, I only had a photo of my shipping label and the young man just had me email him a copy and he was able to print it off and taped it to my package for me.”
“Lady with short black hair was very helpful and welcoming. I really appreciate the help since I was pretty lost on which packaging to use to mail my things. There was no crowd and I got in and out around 9:30am.”

Educated me on how to send a package properly if the envelope contains a gift card, and I bought extra stamps just for that purpose thanks to him. “I use this location about once a week to ship ammunition because a regular UPS Store won't accept it. Over the years the hours were sometimes strange and change but that's understandable with labor shortages, union limits, etc. Both the morning and afternoon counter agents have always been very friendly and helpful. Recently I had a package I improperly labeled and I was email notified it was there to pick-up and re-package. I thought I'd have to retrieve it, take it home to rebox, repay for a label, and bring it back but the afternoon woman made it super easy for me and helped me simply cover the improper labels and it was on its way. Very awesome!”

The lady at the passport area June 14, 2024 was so understanding of errors and such, and helped every step of the way.
Such a kind woman deserves a generous wage.
