We are from out of town and had an issue with our tonneau cover lock. Thought it needed replaced. We got an appointment quickly, they looked at the lock, but were unable to replace it as they did not have that model, but provided some additional maintenance on the cover. We bought a tonneau cover for our truck and they installed it and have done work for the warranty as well. They are friendly, know their stuff and take care of their customers.
