What a GREAT service this is! No one likes a cracked windshield, then to have to deal with getting it replaced gave me more anxiety. My friend suggested Safelite. I got on line, scheduled it, very easy to do btw. Jordan text me before arrival, upon arrival and he was awesome! He was here barely an hour and it was complete. Jordan was very professional and courteous. I am 70 years old and I remember the hassle of windshield replacement back in the 60's. This was wonderful! Jordan was very careful with my baby, my Tundra. Thank you so much!!

I came in for a windshield replacement. Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant, polite, and professional. My vehicle was ready within the specified time frame. When I picked up my vehicle I asked the very nice front desk person if they vacuumed out my vehicle, she assured me that they had. I opened my vehicle door and immediately noticed that there was glass everywhere. I also noticed that there was dust and dirt smudges in quite a few places and there where dirty footprints on the floor. They left my fairly new vehicle an appalling mess. I'm extremely disappointed, it's completely unacceptable. I have not noticed any leaks in my windshield up to this point, so, so far, the installation seems to have been completed properly.

I scheduled through my insurance app. It wasn't approved at the time of the appointment (grr Farmers). The awesome front desk and techs took care of me and went above and beyond! The lobby is clean and decorated with love. I'm a repeat customer, because I commute on Utah roads.

Great manager who takes care of his customers well! Nice knowledgeable front desk receptionist. My glass repair has always been very good work from the service technicians and my car has never been scratched, dented, etc. Thank you to the entire staff at this Walll Street location in Ogden!! You're the best! ?

Never actually got to experience their service. This company won't even answer a phone call to give a quote but rather directs you to their website to do the leg work on your own. Have local options I would rather support and they actually answer their phones.

These guys have always treated me great but this most recent visit was so much better than it could have been. My truck had a lot of unseen rust under the glass and a simple windshield replacement wasn’t going to work. The crew showed me their concerns and explained everything to me, then quickly went to work, going above and beyond what I feel anyone else would have. Money well spent. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Very happy!

BE AWARE. NO free rock chip repair (all other major shops do) NO shuttle ( several other shops offer) "key drop" option actually requires you to wait for the front desk person to be available. They definitely take advantage of people because of their size and affiliation with insurance companies. I will not comeBack here

Got a quick quote for one price then when I went to schedule an appointment the price went up about $200 including a $40 disposal fee there are cheaper and better options out there like glasshopper which is where I went definitely shop around
