I just bought a car from here and had a great experience. Matt was great to work with and made sure the car I bought was in good shape. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.

I have purchased a lot of cars and this by far was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. Kind, professional, upfront and honest. Would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Highly recommend doing business with Rogers Auto.

Excellent service! I picked up a van from them recently and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It really was the opposite of my experience at most used car dealers. They were honest, forthright and willing to work out a great deal. If they had more selection I would buy all my cars there.

Average. Found a better deal elsewhere without being told "we were stupid". Prices were very high compared to other dealers for the exact same vehicles.

My husband was looking for a used pickup and found one he was interested in at this dealer. Several red flags appeared as he was looking at it. First, he was told there is a CarFax report on it but that he has to pay $49 if he looks at it and then buys the truck. What?! Most dealers show it to you for free. He was specifically looking for a vehicle that had never been in an accident. Tristan told him that the CarFax report was clean. Later, he found that it had been in 2 accidents (more details on that later). He test drives the vehicle and mentions that it handles differently when turning left versus right. Only then do they mention that work has been done on it. You would think they’d mention repairs up front as a selling point (“Hey, this is a new part so you won’t have to worry about fixing that”), but it’s only mentioned when he comments on it.He decides to buy the vehicle and signed the paperwork to do so. He didn’t pay for it right then or take delivery of it because he wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle that day and the money we had saved for it is in an account that doesn’t have checks so we’d have to wire the money to them and it’s after 5 pm by this time. That night, he decides that he should look at the CarFax report just in case. So, he orders his own copy online. This is when we find out that the truck has been in 2 accidents! That was a deal killer! He specifically told them he didn’t want a vehicle that had been in an accident and they told him it definitely hadn’t been in one!We called the next day to tell them that we found out about the accidents to which the salesperson (Tristan) replied, “How did you know about those? I didn’t show you the CarFax.”(!!!!!!) We then told him that we bought our own CarFax and saw it there. He immediately handed us over to his dad (who I think is the manager) to talk to. His dad did admit Tristan messed up but there was no apology, or “how can we make things better or win your business “. He just talked about how hard he is on Tristan. He then spent literally 40 min arguing with us, and getting angry when we wouldn’t just buy the vehicle despite being given false information. He talked around our concerns but never actually addressed them and instead would turn it around and try to get us to pity him by telling us how dishonest suppliers of used vehicles are. And he wouldn’t agree to let us out of buying a vehicle that we hadn’t taken delivery of, hadn’t payed for and had been deceived about by his salesperson.I will admit, my husband did make a mistake by signing the contract before he looked at the CarFax. But, we were willing to pay the price for breaking the contract at that point and the manager wouldn’t let us out or take any responsibility for their “mistake”. We had already talked to a lawyer to find out what our rights were. I finally had to bring up going to court to get him to agree to let us out of the contract. He got REALLY angry then! He threatened to charge us several hundred dollars in lost sales (which was ridiculous because the truck never left the lot, it was listed as “Available “ on their website the whole time this was going on and we called first thing in the morning so no one could have even looked at it in the time it was under contract with my husband.) In the end, Tristan’s dad said he’d have to call HIS dad (who is the owner, I believe) to make sure he’d let us out of the contract and that it wouldn’t be “free”. Tristan’s dad (the manager), never did call back.Be very leery about purchasing a vehicle here due to their lack of being forthright even when directly asked, their charging you to see a CarFax that other dealers would let you see for free, and their utter lack of taking any responsibility for the “misinformation” they give about the vehicle’s history. What happened could possibly be considered fraud on their part and yet they didn’t even apologize or ask how they could fix it. Instead, the manager became angry and tried to bully us into buying it. Very unimpressive.

Zach and I looked for the best deal on an F150. We had been searching for low miles with little to no body damage. We really wanted a grey truck with the FX4 package. Rogers Auto sales had the best price on the newest truck with the most features that we wanted. They will look for anything you want. The Family owned Company made us feel like we were working with family. We would highly recommend doing business with Rogers! Thanks for the Truck and the great buyingexperience. Zach and Jamaica

They were super friendly, fast and easy to work with. Any inconveniences were solved and my car is great. Tried Ken Garff, Larry H Miller and Carmax before as well as another little dealership about 10 minutes away and I ended up going with Roger's.

Edit: I found out their listing on KSL was for $6,000 but the tag they provided on the vehicle was for $6,400 that I did not notice previously. So they did give me $500 off the asking price but may I suggest proper advertising online. If the vehicle tag says one price then that price should match the online ad as well. I was confused on that detail. Change rating on account of that factor but I still cannot 5 star due to details pertaining to vehicle issues below and the issue with traction control not working properly due to wheel speed sensors which was a pricey fix and the torn windshield wiper that would of been nice of them to fix but the reduction of the price was basically the cost of repairs so cant complain at all. End edit: - Friendly staff. Quick on receiving plates, but I have to give 3 stars considering they wanted top blue book value and there were many things wrong with the vehicle. Of course they have no obligation to fix every issue but if your asking top dollar its best for business to repair those issues especially when asking for blue book values and especially when claiming that value is "great" condition which it was at most "good". Overall good experience and its a great vehicle that isn't to hard to fix the issues. They provided CarFax on it and everything they said was true to a point. Id go again but id hope they would be reasonable on negotiating prices. They would not sway a single penny off there asking price which makes me upset but oh well. It was the best Van for the money I could find after lots of searching. They sold it on a full tank of gas and fresh fluid changes so overall good dealership and better than the big names out there.
