We got the best carpet with the best padding underneath. It was wonderful, and a great price. And bonus: we went from light in color to dark color, and pretty soon all the spiders in my house changed color, too. How cool is biology?

We bought carpeting from R and R in 2012. It still looks like new. We bought the same carpet we had priced at a major furniture chain and saved hundreds of dollars. We are buying from them again now.

My experience working with RNR Flooring and Design was FANTASTIC!! Not only were we replacing all of the flooring in our home, we were preparing for our daughter’s wedding. All staff and crew were conscientious of this, and did all they could to help maintain our timeline.Sarahjane was not only well-versed in the flooring products that they carried, but was also able to provide direction on how to best coordinate hardwood with carpet as it transitioned from the main floor, stairways and into the bedrooms in the most complimentary way. She responded quickly to all questions and was very good to keep us informed all along the process.Bret and his crew were respectful of our home as they worked and incredibly efficient and meticulous in their attention to detail as they prepped and laid the flooring.We are VERY happy and pleased with our flooring and our experience with RnR and highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

Customer service is so impressive! We bought our home almost 7 years ago but have decided to put a backsplash in our kitchen to match some pretty tile used in our bathroom. The ladies at RNR were able to track down the tile for us in Canada and get it shipped for us! We are so impressed and grateful!

We purchased carpet for our new house and the entire experience was friendly and fast. We loved the suggestions for color and style (hint: go for double padding on the stairs... such a great idea). The install was quick and meticulous and the carpet looks, feels, and wears fantastic. I went back for some remnant to put in the basement garage and they made me a spectacular deal. I won't do floors anywhere else! 10/10.

We are so happy with the service we received at R&R! Their staff was amazing and answered our many questions as we made our decision about flooring. Their installation teams were friendly, courteous and worked with our schedule. Once our carpet and wood flooring was installed it was so beautiful we did not want to put our furniture back in the room. The carpet brightened our room! It does look amazing with the furniture! Thank you R&R for such a wonderful experience!

I am so impressed with RNR flooring and design. Their customer service is amazing. They were so quick to return my calls and answer any questions I had. They took time to listen to my concerns and were always so kind with their responses. Rock went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my product and services. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their product, I would look elsewhere. I had RNR Flooring install carpet just 4 years ago in my home. I had noticed a loud crunching sound, when stepping on the carpet. I had been working with RNR Since November of 2022 to get them to replace the carpet under my 10 year warranty, with no success. I followed all of the warranty requirements and had my carpets professionally cleaned yearly with no chemicals. I even had the owner of the company come to my home to assess this problem. He at that time, agreed it was the carpet going bad and had seen this before. He assured me it would be covered under the warranty. Since then, I have sent several emails to the company with no reply. I believe in using a company that offers good customer service and that stands behind the products they sell, this is not that company.Service: Install flooring

The staff were so great! They were really thoughtful in their approach and worked within my budget wonderfully. The installers worked quickly and did an outstanding job. I live in a house that is over 100 years old and with that there are a lot of issues that we are fixing. They worked with the setup we had and really transformed my room. I feel so much more comfortable and cozy now with a beautiful carpet - and all within my budget!

Amazing customer service, super friendly staff. Rock was professional and extremely helpful. All I needed was a small carpet remnant to cover my cat tree, but they made sure I was happy with the color and style. Top notch!
