Home away from home. I found my new place to buy my groceries. They have fresh fruits and veggies. The staff are helpful and friendly. I love that this place gives me a home feeling. I can enjoy some food after shopping. My family loved it.

The sign in door and hours posted said open til 8 pm. The door was open. We went in and stood at the corner looking at the menu for ten minutes. When we asked to order they claimed they were close. We were there at six forty five. Also no one behind the counter could communicate in English. I suspect they understand English but refused to speak to us. Some other patrons told us the kitchen was closed. To let someone stand there for that long only to be refused service is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible managers. You have to fight to get your money back if you return something. Go to the rancho in Layton, they’re more profesional.

The lack of customer service here is just beyond me. Employees constantly gossiping instead of helping customers out, they argue with customers for accidentally dropping something and will not allow for us to get a new item. I understand “you break it, you buy it” however in this case it was something that was unintentionally done while waiting at the only line open and trying to put down the rest of the groceries and then still decided to charge us for that item and then tosses it in the trash.

I absolutely loved this market. I was visiting Utah and noticed their regular grocery wasn't like ours in Texas. They didn't have the variety that we're accustomed too. So, I found this Latino market. They have a bakery and the best Tres Leches I've had in a long time. Great assortment of peppers and flour tortilla dough already rolled out ready for you to cook them up yourself, they were absolutely delicious. Their meat market hands down is cheaper than the traditional grocery and you can get your variety of Latino marinated meats. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The store was small and quant for a market but, has the basic Latino necessities.

Do not buy the Tomales at this store I ordered 2 dozen and they were disgusting, I thought they would be just made and hot. They pulled out cold Tomales that should have been thrown away, they charged me $20 a dozen. They hardly had meat almost all dough, also the dough did not have any flavor. This is not what I expected from this restaurant. The meat smelled like it was old. All round they were awful. So everyone be for warned. I have tried Tomales all over town and from private vendors and these Tomales are the worst. Save your money.

They have a good selection of produce, we like the meat depth. They could definitely use a bigger location
