Good morning to those looking for someplace in the Ogden, UT. area to buy plastic in sheet form. Well let me point you in the right direction. Professional Plastic is the place to go. Very friendly staff, both in the office and in their warehouse! Not only do they have a great staff that will give you great service, their products are just as great. At least from the purchases I have made. If your project is big or small and you want or need professional help, go to Professional Plastic and ask for my #1 sale person Kristen Plastic. I’m sorry I should not have put in their name. My bad!I rated this company with 4 stars out of 5. Here’s my reason. I give no company the highest possible rating. Example if 10 stars was the max I would give Professional Plastic 9 stars. This gives them room for improvement. Anyway that’s my review and I’m sticking to It!

Dan and the staff here have been super helpful with the water tank from my motorhome. The repairs were made quickly and at a very fair price. Thanks Dan and the staff at Professional Plastics!

Horrible customer service and a condescending person on the phone. Clearly not interested in helping me because I didn’t know exactly what I needed (I’m not the plastic “professional”). Stood outside the office on the phone with the plastic I needed to replace and they couldn’t be bothered to let me in the office or walk out to the parking lot to look.

The sales rep., Kristin Peterson, led me to believe they were happy to help build some plastic ice chutes for ice company. Dan Lancaster would call me within a day or to with questions on my design, and ideas to make it better as well as an estimate of time and money involved. I never heard from them again, so months later I walked in there and got an apolagy. Kristin said she would have Dan call, but he didn't. After several more phone calls I got Dan on the phone (Kristin was out), and he told me that he couldn't make them "food grade". I had made it clear that if I was too little of a business to be worthy of their time, please let me know and I would find another route, but they had assured me that they could help me. I was not in a hurry back then, but knew I would need it before spring, and possibly at any moment if another machine failed. I wish they would have let me know months ago, so I could order a stainless steel one. Summary. If you are not a huge corporation needing a huge amount of product, don't trust that they are intersted in helping you. Don't think for a minute that they care about you, or the success of your business, or make any effort to avoid doing you harm.
