I had a difficult issue with my new PC that they were able to resolve for a very reasonable cost. This issue required them to research and improvise.

Just needed a SATA cable and didn't want to go to a big box store. Staff was great, and had me in and out in right away. Definitely coming back for larger purchases in the future.
